Mahdi did a great job today fixing our oven. There was a two week wait given the busy time of year. But he came when he said he would, was very professional and efficient and our smeg oven is fixed in time for Christmas. Thank you!

We were connected to Mahdi through the Miele service and repair as an authorised agent.
I called him on Monday and he was able to fit our repair in on Tuesday afternoon which was fantastic.
He called before arriving and was on time.
He had our washer fixed in under 30 mins and even cleaned up.
Will definitely call him again for any appliance repairs and service.

Appreciate the honesty! Called up wanting my electric stovetop repaired, gave a quote over the phone and recommended I just buy a new one as it would be cheaper. He could have made a lot of money through labour and parts but I valued the advice.

Promptly attended to fix my Bosch dishwasher and did so quickly. We had a problem after he left but he came back that same day and rectified it, a simple fix.
I’m very happy with the result and would recommend this company.

Mahdi was professional and knowledgeable. He managed to find the required replacement part earlier than expected, even when Miele had a three to four-week turnaround. He was gentle with the equipment and regularly communicated with us regarding the arrival of parts, which were backlogged due to COVID.

He was also pleasant to chat too. Thank you for your help.

Amazing service and professionalism from Matty and Vanessa. Was really stuck, with personal illness and also my partner in hospital and they luckily had a cancellation and he was here 20 minutes later, friendly reliable, totally focussed on the job which was done quickly no mess, fixed the machine, wiped the floor and left, cannot rate highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic. Matthew was able to fix my washing machine a couple of hours after I called. He had the parts required so no waiting. Called half an hour before he arrived. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend SOS Appliance highly enough!! They are honest, professional and prompt.
I made an enquiry on their website and they called me back that same day. I explained what was wrong with my dishwasher and they were confident they could fix it without any parts required. They were able to come out 2 days later where it was fixed on the spot. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing, even showing me photos as he went. Such a nice guy. 10/10 would call them again in heartbeat!

We phoned for repair to our Technika dishwasher. Quote was provided within 24hrs, we went ahead with the repair. Matti came the next morning and fitted the part required.
The service was excellent. Thankyou Matti for a very positive experience 🤗. Going by our experience I would recommend this company.

Mother of 4 I was very worried when water was leaking from my washing machine. It only took a day or two for a booking then they looked at the machine & resolved it within 10mins 🙌🏼.
