My husband and I have made multiple trips to Howards Storage World at Cambridge now and have always received wonderful service.
Trudy in particular is knowledgeable and passionate about the products and has gone above and beyond in her customer service, even sending me photos of under her kitchen sink to see how great it could look.
We've been very happy with the products we have purchased but its the service from Trudy that will make us return.

Howards Storage World at Cambridge have been absolutely wonderful!!!
They helped me with designing an effective storage solution for my desk/craft area and always go out of their way to provide valuable customer service. Won't go anywhere else for my storage sulutions. Thank you to all the staff at Cambridge.

Went to Howards wanting a large white peddle bin cost around, $100 1 on show not one in stock or in Hobart was happy to buy the one on show but.no would not sell.itt to me even though you could not .get one anywhere was told it had to stay on show and not to be sold Howard's don't want sales or customer satisfaction

Very disappointed with the attitude of a member of staffs treatment of me upon returning item to exchange for another . Was basically accused of damaging item when on closer inspection it was discovered that it was actually bad quality workmanship. I was then made aware that should I have a change of mind again "forget it " I won't be back . 🙁
