Shout out to the team at Cooroy Smash Repairs! They did an absolute stellar job on my Hilux, couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend using these guys if you want a professional experience start to finish 👍

Was thrilled with my dealings with CSR. Originally they mentioned they were booked out for the next 6 months but once they knew of what required repairing they suggested they could squeeze my job in. Sarah was amazing to deal with at front desk. She called me 3 times over the course of the 7 working days to give me updates on my car. These phone calls were not prompted by me or requested... however they were appreciated, no guessing games which is great especially with logistics of loan cars etc. Tom was great with his communications with me when going through what required repair. Good old fashioned customer service & right at the end when i complimented Tom on his front desk team he informed me they are all family. What a great family business. They did an incredible job on my car after being rear-ended which is the most important part.... but to have the service i received it almost felt just as important. Thanks guys.

We had our car repaired here recently and were so impressed with the workmanship. Not only were the 2 areas repaired perfectly, the team went above and beyond and "buffed out" 2 other areas of the car that had light damage. This was not on the quote and was just done purely out of kindness by the team at Cooroy Smash Repairs. This kind of exceptional customer service is very hard to find these days, I'd highly recommend this company to anyone.

Workmanship was excellent. Price was much better than others for I compared quotes. Timelines were met, and parts required acquired prior to commencement of job. As a customer I was treated as if I was a VIP.
