The team at Precision Electrical QLD have helped my plumbing business several times this year with new hot water system power circuits and external power point installations.
They are friendly and punctual and i happily recommend them to any client of mine in need of a reliable electrician.

Precision Electrical have just finished a really weird electrical issue that I had, and they were amazing! Their customer service was 10/10. The communication was amazing and everything was explained effectively and clearly. We had an emergency situation and called these guys, after our electrician was not answering. So glad we did, the lady on the phone was very helpful and kept me updated on an expected time and the technician who carried out the repairs was both knowledgable and efficient. Best of all the price was very pleasing considering it was a holiday period. I am keen to get some quotes done now on work we about to have done, but keen to use Precision.

We had lost power to half of our house and were prepared to pay for an electrician to come out at night costing $$$. Saved us a lot of $$ by walking us through the brown out concept. Very honest. Very helpful.

Had a tree come down on a main wire on a sat Arvo in Woodford ripping the box from the house and stretched the wires Nick answered the phone both professionally and quickly made the whole ordeal easy and explained what was needed to be done if I ever need anything electrical done will use again

we called Precision Electrical for a quote to get some work done around the house. Nick came out and went over everything we wanted and helped us pick what we could get that would work best for us. then when we came around to booking the team that came out were so friendly and professional and would chat to us about what they were doing as they replaced all 15 of my downlights and replaced all 11 fans and a few power points that had blown over time as well as some upgrades to the switch board. the whole team and dealings with precision was fantastic we will definitely have them out again when we need some more work done. you couldn't fault them or find a better electrician in my opinion.

I had precision in to install multiple additional wall sockets in my house and garage. Excellent and professional work at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended. It was a stinking hot day and I have black tiles but the guy worked like a champ.

The team who installed our air conditioner at our home were FANTASTIC. Brendan, Max and Alec were punctual, professional, friendly and very efficient. Max, the young electrician was extremely knowledgeable, and Alec, the apprentice, did a great job, was learning from the best. These two young lads have great careers ahead of them. Brendan was just an all round star - wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision Electrical. Absolutely brilliant service.

Nick was awesome. He came out on a Sunday to fix our hot water system circuit. He was great at explaining the requirements needed and completed the job quickly and professionally. We will be using them again for future works and repairs.

Called and spoke to Nick at about 4.30/5.00am. This company is 24/7. Nick advised he will send someone out, if not himself, between 7&8am. Was happy with that. Alex arrived about 7.45ish. He was very friendly and helpful. Also very informative. Alex showed me what the problem was (wire "blown" in the switchboard). Alex not only fixed the problem, but also rewired the panel and showed me what he had done. The previous panels were old and out dated and half the the house wasn't attached to any safety switches, so we upgraded. Yes, it was at a cost, but what is the cost of your safety, also this being our forever home. Alex also checked our smoke detectors and did a "health" check as part of the service. Overall, 11 out of 10. We are also going to book them to service our aircons and in the future, service our solar system. Awesome work Alex. Thank you Nick and your team.

A+ service. Needed new lights installed in under a week and was done without a problem. Alex and Max did the job professionally and kept me up-to-date as things were progressing. Will definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Responsive and so quick to carry out my job request (they measured/quoted - out of hours to fit me in - and installed reverse aircon/heating within days because a cold snap and unexpected house guests were coming!). I was incredibly impressed with the manner and professional demeanour of all the team members I had any interactions with - Alex and who organised it all, Hayden and Pat who carried out the installs, and Kelsey who managed the admin side. A fantastic team and I won’t hesitate to use them every time I have an electrical job around the house.

I have been searching for a quality electrician for months. An add popped up on the Facebook and they replied the next day. Booked in Pat, who is without question one of nicest young fellas I have met in my life. Nothing was too hard, he went about his work with professionalism and enthusiasm.
So many others don't ring back or show up, because they are "swamped". If there was more Pat's in the world all you guys to swamped to show up might end up out of business.
