Lakeview Park

Since the recent renovations this park is very pretty. No taps for water, no playground and no toilets though, which is a big downside but otherwise very nice park.

Came here to download some big files off the Internet. Best 4G reception for miles around due to being right next to the tower. Has some covered picnic tables.

Amazing view, can see Lake Wivenhoe from the top on a good day, great spot for a picnic

Very good picnic facilities. Plenty of space. Great for kids and families.

Best view of Esk. Drive up Highpoint Street to the end and enjoy the view.

The trees are so high now you used to be able to see whole esk township still pretty and the dial is interesting no toilets just tables and chairs which are mostly undercover

The name implies there is a lake to view... This is true but not much of a view, the lake can be seen through the trees as a thin blue line almost on the horizon.
There are several picnic tables distributed throughout the park, some undercover and others in the open. The resident magpie population are very friendly and can be cheeky trying to take food from your picnic, I saw no signs of aggression only curiosity.
This is a very dry park with no barbeques or toilet facilities

Needs look out tower to get proper viwes over trees , this pic is as good as it gets .

Needs mowing. Cooler up there. An electric BBQ would be nice up there
