These two ladies, who are run off their feet, always have a smile and a chat whilst serving scrumptious food. It's a small cafe with a large presence. The burgers were yummo and the coffees are always hot. A great spot to stop and grab a bite.

Great service! Breakfast was fantastic! Great value for money, fresh, cooked to perfection and coffee was divine! Staff/owners were lovely, casual and very welcoming. Fur baby also well looked after.

Stopped here twice for breakfast for each of our Esk stays as we bikepacked along the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. It's close to the trail and close to the accommodation and has that homestyle extra flavour to it. I had the "small breakfast" and the French toast. The small breakfast has generous portions considering it's the "small breakfast" (there is a bigger breakfast) and it was incredibly tasty and a motivating way to prep for the ride. French toast came with syrup and it was equally tasty. Coffee is also great and the service is awesome. We had a great chat about the BVRT and where some of the next stops and what facilities they'd have available there, as well as sharing some funny stories from other BVRT-goers who had been there over the years.
They have a Where's Wally game (?!) and the décor is fun and friendly, a collection of café personality.

Jumbo Coffee. Best in the district, hands down. Don't forget to order a Bacon and egg roll for breakfast, to die for!!!!

What a meal. Fan-bloody-tastic. Best chicken burger I've ever had, and such tasty hot chips.

Every time I pass through Esk, I stop here for a feed, but nothing like this day. WOW. Thank you.

Oh, and their milkshakes are thicker than the Big M shakes.

The sausage rolls, veggie swirls and coffee are an absolute treat. Great to grab a piece of cake for when I’m travelling. Love the food, service and atmosphere.

Early Sunday morning; we cracked a few smiles while fumbling with phones to pay.
Our eggs were great and, even better, a perfect long macciato!

This place is a must. I went through Esk with the motorbike when I felt a bit hungry. The place had an appealing look, the place was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

I ordered the "Esk Burger" OMG! This was a monster of a burger and a bacon lovers delight. I think I am glad and didn't order the Works. How big would that be? The bacon and the mince patty was cooked to perfection. I haven't had such a nice burger for a very long time. You made my day!

What a befitting name, such an amazing little gem in Esk. Will be coming here everytime I pass through whether its Lunch, brekkie or dinner! Highly recommend to anyone passing through. Coffee is awesome and food is great.

Had a snack attack on our trip to Brisbane so stopped at Enigma Cafe to fulfil out need. First impressions: nice, tidy and clean. The staff were mega friendly. We had a coffee and bacon & egg roll each. OMG, I swear there was 500gr of bacon on each roll. It was perfection. So tasty and great value for money. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Enigma Cafe, if your looking to quench a snack attack or settling your rumbling tummy. A defo thumbs up to Enigma Cafe. 👍

The best steak sandwich and hamburger my husband and son have had for a long time. The calamari and salt and pepper squid with chips were very generous, crunchy and yummy. Great food and coffee. Very friendly staff willing to cater for fussy toddler/children. It even has a fairy garden 😉.

Enigmas was open, and busy. It was mid day.

Two coffees which were very good, not bitter. One cap skim 1/2 strength, the other 1/2 strength flat white full cream. Perfect. Very hot!

Toasted ham, cheese, tomato sandwich was delish, and my fussy burger (just lettuce, carrot, meat patty, and bbq sauce) was very nice.

Food arrived quickly even though they were very busy.

Can’t say anything about dietary requirements but they were happy to leave out what I couldn’t eat and what I didn’t like.

I’ll go again!

The best fish burger I’ve ever had in my life. My husband said his steak sandwich was awesome too. Friendly staff, great service. What a great find!

Coffee good. Happy to accomadate for dairy free options.
