Had lunch at the Pit Pony Tavern today in Collinsville. Such a nice friendly place. Very clean and tidy, the Bistro was lovely. We had a great meal “The Bentley’ chicken meal was so yum. Friendly staff, will certainly return.

Stopped for lunch and had the Pit Pony burger. It was excellent $18
We also ordered off the $12 menu and had the crumbed steak and the lunch steak. This was one of the most tender and tasty steaks we've had in years. Highly recommend 👌

The embodiment of a good country pub. Good range of beers on tap, plenty of staff for service. Excellent pub meals and friendly service also. The clientele is, as should be expected in a mining town, blue collar, but were friendly and engaging. Great experience.

Food was amazing, best place in town from a feed. The staff were polite and friendly and the food was ready quickly despite being a busy night. Definitely eating here again

Excellent parmi lunch with fresh salad & awesome chips , great value,

Rooms a bit dated, AC seems to exist for noise only
room 9 had a blown globe in the shower
