Modern room, although the kitchenette was the smallest I have seen!

This hotel was quite a surprise for the location. The room are advertised as executive suites and they deliver on the advertisement.

Room:
The rooms are large, clean, have modern decor, and are well maintained. Beds are a little hard, indicating that they may have skimped a little here, but bedding is chrisp and clean.

Bathroom:
Bathroom medium-sized, fully tiled, it has very modern decor, well maintained and well designed.

Furnishings:
The rooms have a refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, sink, microwave, TV, small ironing board and iron, alarm clock, side table, desk, bag rack, cupboard containing crockery, and couch.

Service:
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Amenities:
The site offers late check in with a key box, I arrived late and was not able to get a full idea of amenities available.
I noticed a washing bag in the cupboard of the room so I'm presuming this may be a service.
There is no room service, but they have deals set up with local food establishments in town.

Summary:
This is definitely a place I would stay again and recommend to any travellers.
Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos because I was too busy enjoying the room.

A great stay on a relatively new suite. This is a somewhat unique property, having mostly freestanding groups of rooms and only a couple of suites in the main block. Overall a great stay, and the upstairs studio room we were in was lovely, but didn’t really suit us moving gear to and from our motorcycles.
If you prioritize convenience, make certain you get a ground floor unit.

Blown away by the fabulous service before even entering a room. Last minute stop over for hubby involved calling around to find a) a room and b) someone willing to collect him from the airport. Kate went above and beyond to accommodate BOTH and also stopped by the local pub to help collect his dinner!
Room was immaculately clean and perfect size for what he needed.

I highly recommend staying here when visiting Clermont. Kate at the front desk is the most helpful and kind person and was exceptionally accommodating, she went above and beyond with anything that was requested and never had any issues! The rooms were great and comfortable with everything that I needed. It was an absolute pleasure staying here!

I definitely suggest giving her a raise!!

Modern clean quiet and well resourced rooms.

I've stayed here several times now. The staff are just marvellous. The rooms are meticulously clean and the whole package was just very enjoyable. Well done.

Manager at the time of stay, Tracy was extremely helpful. Rooms were great, parking available and if you ask, lunch pack and breakfast provided. Short walk to anywhere.

Kelly & her husband are caretaking and had only been there for four hours when I flew in to the airport. No taxis in Clermont so not only did they have a room for me but they picked me up and dropped me off at no extra charge. Too Warwick people. Thank you.

This is my second review on a second online platform. That’s how much I loved it! Great rooms in every way but management really made it for me. I thank them for their information because I am going to take it on board because it was so useful (Eg. Which route, where to stop etc); lovely happy, pleasant manner and most of all kind. I researched Clermont after our chat and learnt heaps. A must stop! 😊

Super friendly reception staff who gave us great advice about eating options - the rooms are tidy for what is essentially a tradie's accommodation camp. The place starts to wake at 4am, which is great if you are also wanting to get up early.

Had an excellent stay at Smart Stayzzz! Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. They also provided a very good lunch crib and overall were very hospitable.

Loved our stay and you guys are so friendly and full of information. The rooms very so nice and we got updated to an executive room, so even better. Will definitely come again and stay longer. Thanks Paul, Catherine and the Staff.

An excellent hotel to stay at in Clermont... to add to that the hosts are extremely friendly and nice, which makes it feel like a home away from home...
Rooms are well equipped and has a comfortable bed...

Probably the best motel I've stayed at in Clermont. Definitely the most modern. The hosts were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful.

Clean , modern rooms with friendly staff happy to heart you apon arrival. Also complementary hot drinks available at reception.

Awesome place for an overnighter. Paul and Catherine are great hosts and the facility is immaculate. Catherine even gave us a tour of the area to make sure I saw my first live kangaroo while in Australia (bonus because she had a Joey). Clermont is a cute town with lots of character and characters. Also some great wildlife viewing and early morning walks to shake off that long drive.

Very clean and neat rooms. For this place I can honestly say it was a pleasure to stay here.
