Dined in the restaurant with friends. Delicious food and lovely cocktails. The staff are very friendly and service was fantastic.

Visited the area to watch the Mackay Cutters play the Moranbah Miners. Decided to book last minute so we didn't have to drive back overnight. Friendly reception and very helpful when we had an issue with the door. Comfy beds, clean and welcoming

Finished a job in the area and needed a place to stay last minute, the clerk was happy to meet us after hours and very helpful. Room was huge with a King size bed and a double which were seperared between the bathroom giving good privacy for a share room. The shower was the best I've ever had for a road side motel, HUGE shower head with a surface area that covers your entire body, so good I had 2 showers!

I love the service when you arrive, noting is a drama and you're greeted with a smile.

Dinner is always tasty and fresh, cross your fingers and pray that they have the the ribs for the dinner special. they're amazing!

lets be honest, Moranbah is no sprawling metropolis with a thriving culture unless you consider hi-vis and a white mine spec Hilux "culture" but the western heritage makes Moranbah a comfortable with a semblance of class and comfort! 10/10

I stayed here a few times, for days at a time, all the rooms were clean, modern, and well serviced, meals were always great, cooked by a chef and orders taken as late as 8pm.
Breakfast ( full hot menu available) and smoko packs always on time from 5.15am onwards.
Hospitality and service was perfect, I recommend staying here.

It can be said to be the best motel in Moranbah, the room is large, clean and quiet, the bed is big and comfortable, the bathroom is very fashionable, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the front desk service is very warm, and the motel is still a large open-air swimming pool, so everything makes me very satisfied.

Wonderful friendly service. Extra clean large rooms. Deliscious food in the restaurant. Just a very frindly place to visit. Stay there whenever we go to Moranbah.

When staying in Moranbah I recommend the Western Heritage. Excellent service, great food and a comfy bed to rest after a hard day. Staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel. Really comfortable beds, bathrooms have been renovated. Quiet brick building undercover car parking.

Grest atmosphere and service. Good selection of food to all tastes. I recommend the braised lamb shanks.
