I have been coming to Bodyflex for over a year now and absolutely love it. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and are always up for a chat. Equipment is regularly cleaned by staff and wipes are available for use as well. The females toilet in particular is very well stocked so you never have to go without! Also love all the recent investments in new training technologies. Would recommend Bodyflex to anyone, regardless of where they are on their fitness journey.

I was reading the previous negative posts, and I can only assume that the management has changed hands.
I really enjoy this gym, as it is small, clean, and quiet. There's never any problem with looking for parking. The staff are friendly, and greet you upon arrival. They're very approachable and helpful. During the times I attend, the staff are always wiping down the equipment & vacuuming. Waiting for pilates or yoga classes to start up.

Im at this gym 5 days a week and this place is always spotless.
Staff are always cleaning and sanitising the equipment.
Have made heaps of new friends.👌

Well established, well equipped, free weights and machines, well run, scrupulously cleaned. Lots of natural light, plenty of fresh air. Engaging staff plenty of support and encouragement etc good humble, friendly clientele

A great gym, lots of equipment, never over crowded, cleaned thoroughly dailý and the clientele are respectful of one anothers space and abilities. All the staff are friendly and helpful'.
