Novotel Swan Valley Vines Resort

We held my daughter's wedding there on Friday 6/10/23. Accommodation and amenities topped off an amazing day. The Vines Resort is our favourite place to stay when we need some time away to relax. With the Swan Valley on your doorstep there is so much to do and The Vines is a beautiful place to return to after a day of exploring.

Nice renovations since we last stayed here a few years ago. Offered the opportunity to forgo room clean and towel replacement as only there two nights. Rang reception and confirmed housekeeping not required. Came back to room after being out to find housekeeping in room?

I visited this hotel last week and my experience was remakeable they have very good service and their staff is very friendly

I recently moved to the area and decided to join The Vines Resort as a Leisure Member - with access to the gym, pool, spa, tennis / squash courts etc. It’s great value. I’ve predominantly used the gym which is awesome. It’s rarely busy so no queuing or missing out on using your fave equipment. It’s well equipped and always spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s also 24 hours access, so ideal if you’re a super early riser or a late nighter. I haven’t been to the gym for so many years and as someone getting back in to a fitness routine, the quiet and friendly gymnasium feels safe and relaxed. I regularly see the “regulars” who are friendly and I did notice everyone does their bit to keep the equipment wiped & sanitary with antibacterial wipes which is great. Membership also comes with year long discounts at the eateries within the resort and access to the me era bar too! I am also now a client at the Aura Hair Salon. The girls there are so lovely, professional and it’s always a nice vibe. I’ve stayed at the resort also, and really enjoyed it. Food is good and service is great, and the mini golf for kids and families is super cool. All in all, I think it’s a great resort, excellent value and it’s quickly becoming a daily visit for me while I embark on my fitness goals.

Great location at the northern end of Swan Valley. Main restaurant is open for breakfast everyday and dinner Fri.& Sat. The cafe/bar is open which has a pub feel is open for lunch & dinner 7 days. Gym is well equipped. Multiple tennis courts & one squash court available (racquets can be hired for $10). The heated pool doesn't feel heated but it does have a large hot spa. Mini golf is pretty, pay per person. Two golf courses surround the Vines. Ample wildlife. Some corridors are a little dark due to some down lights not working.

What a wonderful relaxing vacation we had in this resort. Swimming, mini golf kept kids busy, adults can just sit back and enjoy the chatting and drinks 😃 breakfast buffet was good, but probably short of staff, so the fried egg and omelette came very late...however overall is great.

Best place I stayed at in Australia. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean.
MOST IMPORTANT THEY ACTUALLY CLEAN YOUR ROOM EVERY DAY!! WELL DONE AWESOME!!!

Beautiful, great amenities, very clean, room has everything you need. Grounds are well manicured. Golf course for those who love golf. Would definitely stay again

Overnight stay due to flight cancellation. Great service. Would have liked to stay longer!

We had a funeral there and the staff where lovely they took great care of us the food was fantastic and the little ones loved the amazing mini golf. Kept them busy for hours.
Later in the night the man playing music got us all singing and dancing. Thankyou for helping our lovely family bond.

My wife and I stayed here as a rare treat (time without the kids). We both had a massage, made the most of happy hour and enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. The treatment and cocktails were fantastic. Whilst tasty, the food was slow to come and a little cold on arrival. Overall a lovely place to stay - I highly recommend.

I stay regularly with the Vine's resort and have done for 27yrs,always friendly staff who are eager to please.

Had an amazing experience with friends wedding here. The staff was excellent and one particular waiter (Robert), qas excellent. He was also fluent in korean which was a big surprise :)

I love staying at this place with complete facilities that you don't need to go anywhere. Choice of wine's provided at the mini bar, complete gym equipment, nice tennis court. Oh the heated spa was not heated as it said, food is average taste especially the squid at the bar, they should've Chinese foods too. Double queen bed in studio room was very accomodating for a family of 3 like us. Kangaroos always around the resort, room was clean and complete amenities, view were stunning, mini golf for family and pool are good advantage for family. Very peaceful stay that was. 😍🍷. Will come back again in summer to dip in the pool.

Great Facilities at a really reasonable price. Definitely worth paying the little bit extra to stay here for a weekend in the Swan Valley. Rooms are very tidy and spacious. Buffet breakfast was one of the best that I have had. Nice to see the odd Kangaroo hopping around the area. Have stayed in Summer and Winter and enjoyed both!!

Robert Crawford omg he is the best. Service from him is amazing…his full of fun and happy vibes. Everyone loves him…your more than loving your job mate as you always giving the customers satisfaction. Hats off your superrr cool

This place went above and beyond for me. I contacted them originally by email enquiring that I needed 3 rooms, the response was a little bit confusing, being local to the area I decided to go in and see if they could show me the various rooms. I got there and was greeted by a nice young lady who found some free rooms to show me what they had on offer. This was a month ago.

We had our wedding this weekend and the 3 rooms we had worked a treat, the service from them was awesome and the price was fair! No issues what so ever, can't recommend enough and will definitely come back when we have an opportunity or need an escape!

Have also previously played on the golf course and enjoyed it a lot as well! Thanks very much!

Was here for a friends wedding and stayed overnight. Staff were brilliant and flexible on many fronts helping with an enormaty of abnormal items. Nothing was too difficult. The morning breakfast was great and we couldn't have been happier with the service and our experience.

Our stay was enjoyable, the room very clean.
