Moe Gardens Caravan Park

In town for work and decided to pitch a tent on a powered site.
Paul the manager was very friendly and helpful.
Free WiFi thanks to Latrobe City Council.
Plenty of Rainbow Lorikeet & Plum-headed Parakeet for the bird watchers.
Amenities clean and accessible. I would recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in our caravan. We thought the park was great. It was neat and tidy, and the amenities were spotless. While there we did a trip to the beautiful Walahalla, and Mt Baw Baw. We also had a really nice meal in Twenty20 restaurant.

Have really enjoyed my stay at this caravan park. Its well maintained and the people are wonderfully warm and welcoming. Its peaceful and plenty to photography, great walks through the park and around the block. Flora and fauna everywhere. Thank you.

Better than you’d expect from a little 3 star country caravan park. Half our party camped and half stayed in a cabin. The cabin was small and quite clean (byo power board) bed was clean and comfortable. Powered campsite was flat and grassy. Camp bathrooms very clean. The manager Paul is really outgoing and funny and super helpful. He hunted down information for us and bought maps to the cabin that he thought we may like. The permanent park residents are quirky, quiet and quite friendly. The parks location is second to none … pretty much walking distance to town and local parks. Quite close to the train line, and trains run hourly til quite early hours of the morning, but that becomes white noise pretty quickly. MASSIVE amounts of bird life- bring binoculars!!

I travel with a tent and just want somewhere to pitch it, so I can enjoy the world around each day. I arrived to a friendly welcome. The people around me were quiet, and I hope I was too. The amenities were clean and the shower was hot. There's nothing else I could have asked for...

Well maintained and clean park, super close to all local transport and train station, buses taxi, shops, pubs and clubs, office management is friendly and welcoming, also helped with setting up a permanent suite van, it was much appreciated and big thanks.

Nice park and I can say without a word of doubt the chap that looked after me when I arrived after office hours was the most friendly and accomodating person I have ever struck in a van park , nothing was too much trouble , top marks there.
The site I had was on lush green mowed grass and the amenities block was very clean and spacious . Great little park at a very affordable price .👍

Great little cabin can sleep upto 6 adults. Comfortable beds and spacious. Closer to major attractions in the area and to the Moe town centre.
We highly recommend this place.

We were impressed with the park. It was quiet and affordable. We had a non powered campsite in a nice shaded area and enjoyed our time there. We asked to leave our van there while we made a quick trip to Melbourne and they were only too happy to allow us to do this with no extra charge. We will come back.

Took my booking at very short notice, gave me a good deal, Brad and Paul were only to happy to help me with whatever I needed, in fact went above and beyond what I would expect. The amenities were always well maintained, and while Paul was on holiday most of the time during my stay Brad was always friendly and extremely professional while dealing with some difficult situations, I was impressed!!

Spent a couple of nights in one of their on-site cabins. The cabin was very comfortable. The caravan park is clean and well maintained and a very quiet location. Although this might be different if there's a horse race meeting next door, but was very quite and pleasant during our stay.

I should also mention that the park manager is a bit of a character with a very good sense of humour and certainly made us feel welcome.

A heart warming call out to Maxine. My family was in a spot of bother we had no control over. Maxine and the facility accommodated us in our time of need. I can not express my gratitude enough for the use of the facility. The kindness offered to complete stranger was overwhelming, i will surely be staying here

Great Location, close enough to town to be convenient but not detract from the country feel of the setting, we were able to use the Park as a fantastic launching place for our day trips. The Park itself has really good amenities and a fantastic feel, we stayed in a very comfortable on-site cabin that had all you could need in a holiday lodging. The Managers were very friendly and approachable and have a good knowlege of the local attractions.

Manager very kindly let me leave parcel for a friend from Foster which Alla received she was very happy

It may not be 5 star by other standards, but by our standards it is. Clean facilities. A manager/owner who actually cares about you & your rig. Pleasant long term residents, some who go out of their way to help & look after your pets for free as well. Grassed sites. Give it a go. Moe has heaps to offer.

Nice and quiet, and you have 2 magpies that come and sing to you every morning

I booked a luxury cabin for our first night as a newly married couple , you can only imagine my shock as we turned up and we were shown the caravan and told this was the luxury cabin i had booked. What added insult to injury was a group of bikers who revved their bikes all night and i am sure one of the bikers had sleep apnenia as i heard him snooring all night. The saving grace was he did a great deal for cash.

Quiet and clean park. Central amenities that are well kept. Large sites.
The manager is great, very helpful and friendly.
