Doctor Loretta have serious knowledge of blood disorders most are immune system issues the rheumatology department , she is kind compassionate and take time with her patients she understands well the complicated situations of the pain and problems exist on autoimmune disorders strongly recommended

Dr Loretta and her nice receptionist helped my mother when she had an urgent need to see a doctor to explain to her what diseases she has.

Dr Rozario really took the time to listen to my concerns and was very reassuring and professional. I'm not sure the name of the receptionist there, but she is more than lovely as well. Unfortunately the two times I've visited I have had to wait an hour for my appointment despite having to book months in advance, but I can understand that being on time is not always achievable. Either way it is well worth the wait.

Dr Rosario is treating me and I feel
Confident I will be ok after all test done
She treated my mother in law and helped her with her join pain.

Amazing Doctor I have to say, very welcoming an makes patients feel comfortable with consultation. First time my mum to book and see her Doctor Rosario was able to give my mum an appointment on the same day for consultation. Excellent customer service even from staff and the Doctor herself.
Keep up the good work and don’t let negative comments affect your business.

Not sure it’s her or her receptionist. We have to wait at least 1h after coming at the booking time.

My mum fractured her ankle on September, they gave her a boot and everything. After she took out the boot it was still a bit swollen so this doctor told her to do an Ex-ray. She sent my mum a message saying that she needs to take the Exray and go to Fairfield Hospital without even explaining why. After i called to ask for the reason she said the ankle is still fractured. We went to Fairfield Hospital and the doctor said everything is normal and it’s not fractured or anything.

Wouldn’t recommend at all!!

Hurt my back in 2020 from a fall, misdiagnosed me, told me to take 4 nuerofen for rest of my life and there was nothing to do to fix it. 4 years later now needing surgery, could of been prevented if she provided correct procedures. Please seek another opinion if you have seen her.

My wife visited twice, first visit was awesome and she suggested some tests. After 2nd visit my wife called me and was very upset almost crying, doctor told here that my wife kidneys are damaged according to tests and she need emergency treatment, we were in shock and run to Westmead hospital, previous tests results checked and also repeated again. Nephrologist and Reheumotologist just calm down my wife that its normal and just need to continue the medicine which we she was taking overseas for quite long time. Anyways it was a horrible and scary visit.

Dr Rozario is unprofessional and discriminates against the elderly and disabled. My mother is 80 years old and disabled, she has been a patient with Dr Rozario since the 1990's. I rang to make an appointment but was advised my mother has been blocked from making any further appointments because the doctor claimed we missed our last appointment and didn't ring to cancel. This claim is false. The doctor is so unprofessional she didn't notify my mother or our General Practitioner of this decision. The reason why the Doctor blocked my mum is because Dr Rozario doesn't want to accommodate disabled people she has no facilities to accommodate disabled people no disability toilet or ramps or seating or parking. It was easier for her to say ur banned than accommodate our needs

Was totally disappointed and walked out. After waiting 1 hour patients who were up to 1.3 hours late for their appointments were seen before Me. When I then enquired how much longer would I have to wait I was told there would be 4 more seen before Me and that the Doctor was running around 3 hours behind. Why I ask could I not have been told this prior to be waiting. They or She should understand if She was professional that a person with acute pain can not sit around on a hard chair for any length of Time. Totally understand professional should never happen . I will never go back and will never recommend.

After waiting for 2 hours past my appointment time, I was told that she was running 3 hours behind. Nearly 3 1/2 hours later she strolled in suit cases and all. In and out of my appointment in 8 minutes only to be told to google her diagnosis because she was too busy. What a joke! I'm glad Medicare paid, I'm glad i didn't pay full price for that consultant.

She shouldn't b a doc she doesn't know what she's doing. I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia overseas and she examined me and said yes u do so I asked what now in terms of medication or anything she said there's nothing u can do I have no idea how they let people like her practice medicine.

My friend went there . She is genuinely in pain from arthritis.
The doctor told her she is fine while results showed the opposite.

Please don’t go there.
