But best was when I left a bag in the car. They found it and returned it free of charge. One call and it was all resolved. Nothing was too much of a hassle

Sadly, I lost a very precious item in my travels and had hoped I had lost it in a vechile that we hired from the Newcastle airport branch. Chris McRae the branch manager went to a lot of effort to search the vechile and the area around the vechile parking area on the off chance that I had dropped it there. Unfortuneately to no avail. However, I really did appreciate his concern and effort and excellent communication.
The car was also very reliable and the pick up and drop off seamless. They prices were very competitive considering it was Christmas time.

Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Attendant actually met me in the carpark and took the keys, which was very convenient. Decent rates, will use Enterprise again. *edited to add that I was also unexpectedly upgraded vehicles, which was a nice surprise.

Lovely staff at Newcastle Airport. It was raining heavy and carpark was flooding, staff brought car to us. Car was clean and only had 8000km. We will use Enterprise again.

Very easy online booking process and smooth pick up and drop off - take a jacket or umbrella if necessary as car park is about 5 mins walk from terminal. Happy to recommend and will use again.
