Tory is a supportive and knowledgeable mentor and teacher. I can highly recommend Tory, she is patient, kind and supportive. She is a fantastic communicator and is very good at asking the right questions to help me think outside my comfort zone.

I was recently blessed to attend Tory’s 2 day Return to Joy women’s retreat. This was my second time attending a retreat facilitated by Tory and it exceeded my expectations.
For me each moment from a beautiful hug on arrival to singing, drumming, craft, sound healing and nourishing food enabled me to feel supported, open, explore, learn, connect and feel real unguarded Joy. Thank you Tory.

Where do I start expounding the talents and virtues of Tory. I’ve been attending qigong regularly for a year or more in Bangalow with Tory. At times I experience anxiety and depression and her classes are my ‘go to’ for this. I always come away feeling much better. Her calm, well informed and caring manner makes her a brilliant qigong teacher!
I’ve now just returned from a beautiful 2 day Women’s retreat called Return to Joy and we all did! The many co-facilitators Tory invited were totally perfect for creating a safe and nurturing space for me to ‘Return to Joy’!
Tory is unique, authentic, talented and an exceptional group leader for fun, safety and learning. We are blessed to have her in our midst.

For the past 9 months or so, I’ve been attending Tory’s Qigong classes held at the Gazebo in Bangalow. Tory is an absolute delight: knowledgeable, intuitive, such a lighthearted spirit! I leave her classes feeling calm and centred. Highly recommend! 🙏🏻❤

Ive just experienced RETURN to JOY - a two day retreat in the beauty of Clunes NSW - masterfully led by Tory - in a safe comforting nurturing beautiful space and environment with 10 like minded extraordinary souls...
In life today I was beginning to drown and become overwhelmed with all the heaviness, the sadness and the media despite efforts to distance/detach myself.... how much this retreat resonated with me and has placed me energetically and safely back to life again…..and with SUCH JOY!! I have the tools to steer myself forward !

I was fortunate enough to meet Victoria around 5 years ago and she has been a source of great knowledge, compassion and healing ever since. I have attended many of her guided meditation courses and learn more about myself in each one. One particularly special day was spent in Victoria's "Reawaken the Goddess" retreat - it truly was the most blissful of days and one that I will cherish forever. Victoria's intuitive healing is gentle yet very powerful. She always seems to get right to the heart of the issue that's troubling me and always offers an effective solution, whether that's a Naturopathic or an energetic 'cure'. I thank my lucky stars I found her!

I first met Victoria in Melbourne about 12 months ago when I was grieving the passing of my mother. As soon as I laid eyes on Tory she gave me a big smile and made me feel so welcome and at ease, she was able to really intuit what it was that I needed, even if I didn't realise it at the time. Tory is a genuinely beautiful, empathetic and knowledgable woman. She always provides unconditional positive regard no matter what crazy things might come up. By the time she relocated to Nth NSW a few months ago I was seeing her fortnightly and felt like she was family. I now travel to Bangalow to see her when I am in Byron Bay. It would be no secret to her that I have been sceptical at times, but it works, she is a true healer.

Victoria has been truly wonderful. Being a bit nervous and hesitant to reach out to improve my health, I am so glad I found her! She is so warm, welcoming and makes me feel comfortable sharing. Both energy healing and naturopath sessions are amazing and make me feel much more alive, centred, calm and in control of my own health. I could recommend her more highly! Thank you so much!

I would like to highly recommend Tory to anyone looking to find stillness. Tory is overly warm and understanding and gave me so much more then i had ever imagined i would get from a session with her.
