Auramist Lodge Dog Boarding And Cattery

We have left our birds with Rob several times. He takes good care of the pets and we're very happy with the service they provide at Auramist. Haven't had to consider anywhere else since we found this pet lodge.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Auramist lodge. Rob went above and beyond to help us out with our trip away. We felt comfortable leaving our dog in his capable hands and we will be sure to use Auramist lodge in the future!

Rob took good care of our two fluffy kids. They seemed much more relaxed when we fetched them from Auramist compared to when we've fetched them from other catteries which is a good sign! Rob is very knowledgeable about all animals and has a very caring nature. We're so happy we found him!

Rob took care of our recent interstate move that included transport of our 2 elderly cats and 2 dogs from WA to Port Stephens. Rob was incredibly helpful and took care of it all. We can't thank him enough for taking care of our pets and making the move much less stressful. Thank you Rob for your flexibility and assistance!!!

Will definitely use Auramist lodge again very happy with their service and if course out Archie loved his stay as well

Auramist and Rob are just awesome! I was nervous leaving our 10 year old dog as she has never gone into boarding before and never leaves my side but even picking her up today, she was so relaxed and happy. Rob also went above and beyond to accomodate me with drop off and pick up times too. Even living in sydney I will be taking Zali back here whenever we go away. Thanks heaps Rob you are a lifesaver 😀

We could not recommend Rob at Auramist more highly. After our dogs most recent visit, one of our American Akitas, Cassius became unwell and needed medication. Rob promptly rushed him to the local vet and kept open communication with us throughout the ordeal. Luckily due to Robs prompt actions our dog was just fine and received the prescription medication he required.
Rob always has our dogs best interests at heart and puts their well-being at the forefront of his business. We highly recommend Rob who has a wealth of knowledge and Auramist as the top quality boarding kennels in the region. We would never board our dogs anywhere else nor trust anyone else with our dogs. My two dogs stayed here for the first time in a boarding kennel for a period of two weeks. Rob is an amazing carer and my dogs returned so happy! I was super worried about one in particular due to some anxiety issues, but his extensive knowledge about working with dogs really eased all my stress! Pickles and Lucy will definitely be back to stay and I could not thank Rob enough!

my dog was in for a long term board and I was able to visit or take my dog out whenever I could and I was kept updated as well.

They have also made positive changes for my dog in regards to boarding and he is always happy to see Rob and Alex.

Robert was amazing with his customer service and looking after my pets. I was dealing with a massive interstate move and he was great with being flexible with my situation. I really appreciated his help.

I had the pleasure of boarding my dog here for a short stay, I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgable gentleman who gave me every confidence. I was not disappointed. I fully intend on using this company again when needed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, I really feel like my dog enjoyed his stay and it gives me great peace of mind.

Was on holidays in Nelson bay had to keep harry away from our girl selby for two weeks took harry in at short notice very accommodating would recommend to anyone 👍👍
