Since moving from Sydney, my wife and I have been impressed by the level of care we've received at Paterson Medical Practice. The online booking tool is incredibly easy to use.
The staff efficiently transferred my extensive medical files, and the doctor I've seen, Dr Usman, is outstanding. He genuinely listens, cares, and utilises my medical history effectively to recommend scans and treatments promptly. Overall, our experience has been excellent, and we highly recommend This medical practice.

Fasted all night then drove via Dungog from Gresford only to be told pathology was closed because the pathologist called in sick. Surely you can find a replacement at short notice for such an important function? What a waste of my time and money.
