Myhealth Werrington County

This has been my local practice for a decade and still going strong. It feels more like a family practice than a plastic medical centre. The admin staff are always friendly, even when they're flat out, they have an on-site pathology collection, a top-class registered nurse, and a treatment room.
The team of doctors cover general practice, but also specialist women's health doctors and a geriatric specialist.
Best to book ahead, as it can get really busy, especially if you want a particular doctor, but if you're prepared to wait they will try their best to get you seem by one of the doctors as quickly as possible.

I have nothing but praise for Dr Rahman .
Receptionists and other GP's turn over can be issue at times,but happens everywhere.
Yes,sometimes delays ,but I book an appt at a time to allow time for it.
Sometmes I only need to book a tele-call,eg for new medication scripts .
Some people really need to book double appointments if they have lots to discuss .

With Big Thanks to Dr Rahman, he is very attentive and kind to my medical needs, for which i was grateful to live close to this medical centre. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. i would definitely recommend this practise to all live near by. It can be busy sometimes but with an appointment makes prior, we shall be treated in a reasonable timeframes. (if no emergency cases).

Drs Jahan, Happy & Rahman are all very good. Receptionists are excellent & very helpful. Wait times can sometimes be a bit long but I think that is understandable depending on patients illness. Overall a very good practice.

This review is to complement the nurse who administered my Covid booster today, she was most professional and helpful.

A+ Myself and Mum are NEW to this Medical Centre and we went in to see Dr Rahman. He was lovely, understanding and explained everything fully also picking up an issue with one medication mum was taking for a long time and no other Doctor noticed the problem. Reception staff were lovely and Welcoming! My Experience was different to the others I see here. We made the RIGHT choice to Change GPs to come here :)

Friendly front staff,friendly ,caring doctors,very clean and professional surgery.

Friendly receptionist, very helpful. The Doctor was outstanding, explained my illness in great detail and spent that extra time making sure I was ok before the end of the consultation. Answered all my questions and gave me a print out of extra information about my disease. I would recommend this medical centre to anyone. On this occasion I saw the Doctor about 2 mins after the appointment time. I have sat there for about 15mins after the appointment time, but I think the wait happens in all medical centres. Keep up the good work Werrington County Medical Centre.

While I have my favourite GP in the practice, for urgent matters I have seen 3 of the other regular GPs who work here. I have had excellent and very thorough care and follow up each time. The surgery is always upgrading and making little improvements to make it more comfortable for patients. The staff are always helpful and friendly. It is great to have a local practice who bulk bills too! I really like this surgery.

Very happy with Dr Byanna, very cautious with steps she takes when comes to a babys health. Its good knowing i can go to someone I can trust, especially when comes to a young child. My daughter is very comfortable with her too.
