Zac was really helpful today, went above and beyond to help me find an item. I've seen him before help other customers, he knows the whole store inside and out.

Went in the shop to purchase some fragrances for 3 family members for Christmas. Having no idea what I wanted I asked Zac the security guard. I knew from shopping there previously he was the best man to ask. Zac suggested some amazing fragrances, he is super helpful and always friendly.

I shop at all the local CWH, however I keep coming back to this one as I always have a positive experience in store. All staff are friendly, however I understand that they may not always be available to assist immediately, especially on busy days. The security Guard noticed I needed help and did not hesitate to assist me. His honesty and humility were a standout. seriously, just ask zac, he has excellent customer service and always spot on with information on the products range, he is number 1 in fragrances too. Will continue to shop here.

I recently visited the store and Zac the security officer was so good. He knows everything in the store, has the best customer service and is always helping customers too. He's very helpful and an expert in fragrances, I wish the staff there are like him, just too professional

Not the first time I've been to this store & it won't be the last, staff are nice but I've been meaning to say that your security guard named Zac also stood out and deserves praise too he's friendly & also helpful I'm sure he has his usual tasks appreciate your kind service.

Expect the usual range of products, discount prices, prescription service and squishy aisles with people everywhere - no chance of and shop design not practicable for social distancing. So much product and it's hard to know where it all is..
I prefer to get all my prescriptions at our local family run chemist but things like Tea Tree Shampoo and QV Wash they don't have room to stock and the price is just too good to pass up!!

Guys. If you're not sure which fragrance to buy, go and ask the security. He knows every perfume and his recommendations are spot on. He told me 2 perfumes and they were both amazing. Thank you brother 😁🙏🌼

One of the security guards was just being verbally abused and insulted by a customer.
