Even on boxing day and the amount of people in store they kept a well paced and customer friendly staff, I was through the checkout with a trade in within 7 minutes.. pretty awesome considering the amount of people there..

The Man that served me was polite knowledgeable and was on point the whole time...

Will gladly shop there again.

Everytime I go, the staff is attentive and I can always find what I am after and if not, they direct me to the closest store that has it or order it in for me. They are polite and helpful, always good to have a chat with too.

I enjoy the range and even size of the place cause it doesn't feel too crowded when it is crowded compared to other stores.

Then again, I am super bias since this is my local store and I really enjoy going in there to just peruse around. Never really have an issues with them and they always seem to contact me in one way or another when an order comes in, which is great!

11/10 will go again, especially during sales cause best time.

These guys know their stuff. We had some questions about starting up a Pokemon card collection and the staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great range and it wouldn't be a Zing store without regular sales.

Jack and his team are Awesome!!! Leo, Josh and the guys have Outstanding customer service! They went above & beyond to help us find The Sonic and Shadow Squishmellows!!! My FAVOURITE store since I was 5 and I am now 17, lovey staff and very help-full. When I am 18 I have always wanted to work there. And I have no doubt that the staff will be just as nice behind the counter than in frount of it

I went in to trade my switch for the new one but I was nervous about losing my game data. I think his name was Miguel and even though it was super busy, he was so patient and helpful with making sure I was able to get my old data onto the new switch.

The staff here are always run off their feet but still manage to give genuine, good service. My children have always had a million questions for the person serving them about when games are coming out and which ones they recommend and every single staff member who has served them has shown patience and genuinely engaged in the conversation... and we have been there a lot! Thanks team for answering the questions for my kids that I can't! EB Games at Mac Square are exactly the same. Special mention to Jerome who is a super star!

Best team and customer service ever. Honestly I go to a few different shopping centres but never go to another eb games than the one in Narellan.

The staff here are amazing! Especially with younger kids. Totally happy to geek out with them. Loved that they got just as excited with them as they were to be there.

My wife just told me how good of an experience she had at this store. Nothing but helpful and courteous. Brendan in particular went well out of his way to help her out. I know where I'll be going to from now on

The staff, here are always the same people which is a good thing. they're very friendly whenever i come in and are willing to help with a smile on their face unlike other eb games stores.

Last time i came here (around January) , i was helped by Shannon and she was really kind , funny and extremely friendly . This was probably the best customer service i have ever received !!!!!

I really enjoy their company, I've been feeling lonely lately and they make me feel special even though I'm a dog of a kitkat mcdonalds sundae.
