Being a first-time investor, I found Smart Financial, highly professional and thorough. My Financial Adviser, is Jye Marks, who is efficient, knowledgeable, and is kept with the latest in technology. Due to lockdown restrictions, nothing was impossible, to process what I had requested. We had phone conference, followed by emails to reconfirm our discussions, along with documents to be signed - where I had the option to sign via mail or electronically. I had chosen electronically and signed through DocuSign, which is reputed to be a safe and secure site. He also gave me a link to download an app, to help me keep track on my investment easily. Jye walks through the process with me, step-by-step, in simple terms, to ensure that I understand and that I am comfortable, with what he advised me to do.
