Little Raaja - Modern Indian Bar & Restaurant

A local for us we have only had take away not dined in yet. We have always over ordered and enjoyed Indian for two nights. Love their Dosa’s they are so filling though. Chicken and seafood biryani is a good choice. The Butter chicken and Rohan josh delicious. We have been happy so far and will dine in soon as the new Bar opens

I had my mother recommend Little Raaja's, and my GOD is it GOOD. We only ended up with Take-away, but It's simply some of the BEST Indian I've every had outside of the Asian continent!!

Normally never review restaurants but just wanted to say the rating of 3.9 does not do justice to this little gem. Coming from Melbourne, this place beats half the restaurants in Melbourne for half the price too! Highly recommend and amazing service!

Excellent food. Beautifully friendly people (too nice to call staff). I had vindaloo with 8/10 heat and it was amazing. My wife loves her butter chicken. This is now our go to for Indian in Ocean Grove. Highly recommend for anyone wanting beautiful good that tastes as good as it looks.

First time here and have to say the best Indian meal I have had in a very long time. The seafood biriani was superb and served with side sauces/curries so you can make it as spicy or mild as you like. The head waiter was exceptional and took time to explain all the dishes that we were considering.

The owner came to every table while we were there and asked all the diners if they enjoyed the food.

A very welcome establishment to the Belarine and we will most certainly be back many more times.

If you like Indian cuisine then I highly recommend this place.

They’ve done really well with the space, great bar aesthetic with good drinks. Always friendly and attentive service here, had a lovely young waitress. Food was amazing, definitely on the salty side but authentic Indian cuisine.

I have been here on two occasions and the food both times has been outstanding. There is so much variety on the menu and the service is so friendly. The cocktails are also delicious! The owner took the time to personally speak to our table and the place just has a really nice atmosphere and vibe in general. We will return regularly

Always smells great when I walk past. I finally had a meal there last week. Didn't disappoint at all. Chicken Tikka Masala, Seafood Biryani, Samosas and Poppadoms. All fresh and delicious. Jetty Road Pale Ale is also a great beer with Indian. I'll be back.

When we moved from Melbourne, we didn’t think we would find authentic Indian food near us . Not only is this a 5 star heavenly experience, but they deliver to ocean grove and Barwon heads. Heavenly. Drool worthy. Large portions. On time delivery.

Little Raja hosted our Christmas Party this year. Michael organised and catered a wonderful 4 course meal, with drinks flowing. Excellent food, warm ambience and staff who go out of their way to enhance your dining experience. Best Indian food in Geelong! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

This is honestly some of the best Indian food I’ve had outside India! The flavours are really authentic and menu is varied. We love the Thali at lunchtime and the kids love the Dosa’s (I never thought I’d be able to get a Dosa so close to where I grew up in Wallington!). We’ve found the chicken curries and vegetable curries to be particularly good. All the chicken is cooked on the tandoor first. We’ve only ever had takeaway and love that they deliver to Point Lonsdale. They made a mistake with one of my orders that I collected. I should have checked before I left the restaurant, but when I called them they rectified it straight away by bringing the correct order to my house and even giving me a free lassi! So glad this is restaurant is here. Please support them!

Tandoori chicken was amazing! Yummy butter chicken and great service. New favorite indian on the Bellarine. Well done! 👏👏 Order before you go and pick up so you don't have to wait in store for your order if you're impatient over peak season. Easy! 🙄

Beautiful authentic Indian food and friendly service. Everything we tried was sensational from the tandoori chicken and fish to the pakora, biryani and dhal. Some of the best Indian food I’ve tried and I’ve tried many!
The service was also excellent with all the staff friendly and helpful. This was my first time but definitely not the last. I look forward to coming back again.

Hands down, best Indian food that I have ever had.
We love cooking and eating- and we were absolutely delighted with Little Raaja.

Little Raaja puts incredible effort into all of their flavours, their relishes are to die for, the food is made with love and it is clear that many hours prep goes into these.

The dishes we have had so far are the lamb dosas, the beef korma, the mussels, the korma, the garlic naan and the spinach and cheese naan. They are all so beautiful.

(The lamb dosa is the best that we've had and we can't wait to try everything!)

PS. Staff are not rude- Staff are kind, sweet, accommodating (and patient with our indecisive nature), assisting us always!
Plus, they always very honest with any wait time when we ask! (We are always happy to wait!!)

Got the butter chicken and it was excellent.. chicken pieces clearly done in the tandoor as they should be and not just plopped in the sauce like some places do it.

Lots of fresh spices and they didn't leave out the dried fenugreek leaves from the sauce which makes a huge difference to me. Very happy these guys have moved in 5mins from home

Food was very delicious and yummy 😋. Staff were amazing and friendly. Thank you so much for great and special service. I certainly recommend it. We tried veg vindaloo & paneer tikka masala. Both curries were freshly cooked and awesome. Roti(bread) was also nice.

Tried our first takeaway from Little Raaja tonight. Delicious food! Really enjoyed the vegetarian dosas with mint chutney and coconut yoghurt dip. So great to have some new options here in OG. Hope the community supports this local family business.

Eaten here three times now and by far our favourite restaurant in Ocean Grove. Staff and owners are all extremely friendly and having tried nearly everything on the menu now have not been disappointed at all with anything. Looking forward to going back once the new bar has opened
