Mercure Gerringong Resort

Have stayed many times as a family, and always have a relaxing break. Our 4 day Easter stay was especially wonderful thanks to the thoughtful Easter touches.
Our kids loved the nightly Easter movies, well timed to coincide with their fab Happy Hour, which we enjoyed in the beautiful garden.
The Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday was very well done, so smiles all round.
Buffet Breakfast is well prepared, quality ingredients and delicious.
Happily reccomend this property and looking forward to our next stay.

From the get go, we were so pleased with the hotel. It had 2 awesome pools - one for kids and one adult only. The rooms were beautifully laid out and really spacious with super comfy beds. The outside lounge area and cute little nooks created for relaxing with friends and family for me was the highlight of this stay. We were a group of friends that had ample space to chill, unwind and not have to be in each other's rooms.
The location of the hotel is so good, just 2 min drive from the main market area full of cafes, shops and IGA and liquor shop too.
The service I have to say really blew me off - They were sooo kind, generous and helpful at all times. Staff named lily, Holly were just outstanding with their service and attended to each of our requests. The Breakfast buffet was amazing too and my kids really enjoyed it.

The most beautiful area is the gazebo behind the tennis court and the view is STUNNING!

Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and felt valued. Beautiful, spacious rooms, clean and inviting. Comfy beds and good lighting. Beautiful meals at their on-site restaurant and wonderful staff and facilities. Will be back in the new year.

We bought friends with us this time. It’s a favourite part of the world for us and the Mercure is a great place to stay. It’s noticeable over the past few years , of all the improvements, tidying up etc that is being done ….
The rooms are very spacious , breaky is great , pool , gardens and tennis court fantastic..
Staff are always super friendly ..
The restaurant is very good too. Limited menu but we always find something nice to eat. Perhaps alter the vegetarian offerings as it was the same as last year.
The only negative this year was the noise that the footballers made on Wednesday night (7/2/24). Truly appalling with the slamming of doors, singing, yelling, thumping. .. during the day they were fine but they did go abit wild on Wednesday. .
We appreciate the little kitchette. Would suggest a small cutting board … helpful when cutting bread / cheese for sandwiches etc.
We will return.

These bottom level large rooms have a spa bath.

Opposite is the "adult" pool where no children are allowed. That discrete mid night naked skinny dip with the dull blue lights to cool off from your three hour love making session, is magical.

The room was awesome, everyone was friendly, great little pool and only a few minutes to beaches and downtown Gerringong. Beds, bedding, kitchen, bathroom all great. A little pullout line in the bath/shower would help to dry swimmers. Family loved it.

Rooms 101, 102, 103 are Superb. Swimming (adults only) pool is two metres away.

Restaurant is excellent.

Hostess Imogen is excellent. Imogen will spend time explaining the facilities, local attractions with local knowledge.

After arriving late extremely tired from a big day. I was greeted by the wonderful night manager who could not do enough for me, including walking me to my room and the extremely kind Mark at the restaurant who arranged the most amazing steak sandwich and chips I have ever eaten to be delivered to my room. I can not thank them both enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. relaxed atmosphere with helpful staff. Rooms refurbished since our last stay and were comfortable and attractive. restaurant of a high standard.

Well appointed, spacious room,comfy beds, pool and tennis court fun. delightfully loved our stay.
We ran out of teabags so I went to the restaurant in the morning to ask for 3 English breakfasts as we had in the room. The young lady was happy to give me my request then gave me 3 open lipton t tea bags which I don't like. So disappointed with that aspect. kim

We stayed because we had a Wedding and we couldn't have been happier.
Room was very spacious and the bed was to die for.

Attended a family wedding ceremony and reception at this hotel. Very well done. Fabulous atmosphere and location.

Good value motel style resort hotel, well located level 500m walk to the beach, just out of town
Kids and a separate adults pools, with tennis court amongst other facilities

Neat and clean rooms with friendly staff in a great location, loved the happy hour with the live music on Friday nights.

Fabulous location, wonderful well maintained facilities & rooms. We loved the adults pool and the staff and service was exceptional.

A great hotel in Gerringong Rooms are fabulous and staff exceptional Short drive to Werri Beach and town centre

Really nice hotel room is excellent great bed pillows bathroom and good size.the grounds are really nice well maintained. Great swimming pools also an Adult pool Excellent service. Definitely recommend. We will definitely stay here again

We have stayed before and our stay this time was just as good. We were able to explore lovely areas around Gerringong.
