The Shallows Coastal Reserve

Lovely big off leash area, very respectful and responsible dog owners. Owners kept playful and energetic dogs to one area of the beach which was great for us as my dog has arthritis and doesn’t like to have dogs jumping on her (neither do I!) Nice shaded park bench to have lunch. Very pleasant experience for me and my girl 🐶❤

Very nice and scenic place. Great for a walk and you can bring your dogs which is always a bonus many things to see and lots of sea life around the shores if you know where to look. No restrooms though and no water tap I could see.

Great spot to hang out even on a hot muggy day.

Excellent dog (and surf) park. Most people are responsible dog owners, there's lots of room for the dogs to run and play.

Because of how close it is to Bass Point Marine Reserve, you will occasionally see dolphins and other wildlife from the shore.

Great little beach for dogs. Lots of parking and easily accessible. There's plenty of rocks beside to water to sit on while your dogs run about. There's also a decent size grassy area too. My favourite place to take my three little dogs for an off leash sniff and run around. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love this park along the ocean. We are so entertained by the dogs, seeing how happy they are all are running free. They get so excited here in this huge park..its very relaxing to watch and often gives us a good giggle! We just love it here...and we dont even have a dog!!! Great place for people to stroll along the beach as well.

The best place to take your dog's it is a great big off leash area I have come across. If you have a Dog that's the place to go check it out next time you take your dog's out. I am sure you will love it.
