I want to thank all the beautiful staff at Ian Pattison Jewellers for your care, compassion and generosity you showed to myself and my daughter when we visited the shop last week. We were trying to find a particular piece of jewellery for my daughter and on that day we were both in the realms of grief. Your staff made us feel safe, supported and cared for on a very emotionally hard day. Your kindness and support will never be forgotten. I can not recommend Ian Pattison more highly. Wow, I'm completely blown away by the compassion, support and generosity from Adele. She helped me select the most beautiful piece from their gorgeous range to suit a tender situation. I'll be forever be greatful. There is good merit as to why Ian Patterson Jewellers is one of the longest standing business in Ocean Grove. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Adele for assisting myself and my Dad.
Dad was wanting a special piece to mark his and Mums 60 wedding anniversary and Adele bent over backwards to help us to accomplish it. Her professionalism and all round lovely nature made the whole process seamless and we walked away with a stunning piece of bespoke Diamond jewellery that my Mum will treasure for the rest of her days and it will go on to become a treasured heirloom for future generations.
So, thanks again Adele and the wonderful staff at Ian Pattison Jewellers Ocean Grove.

I walked in for a quick consult regarding custom making jewellery, the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The store itself is clean and the jewellery is gorgeous. From the sales assistant to the designer, they were lovely. I'm definitely going back.
