I left it late booking our car in for a service before heading to Queensland, but the service staff and manager very generously managed to squeeze us in at short notice. Not only did they service our car, but offered transport both ways. I gratefully accepted their offer to collect the car. The service was outstanding. I will definitely go there again for our next service.

Our car had engine problems on the way to a camping trip just after new year. All the other mechanics in Lithgow were closed. They were able to fit us in and get the car back and running. In the end it was a minor problem and the cost to fix was very reasonable. Great and friendly customer service.

I cannot recommend Lean & Bennett more highly, we were able to get a brand new Hybrid Rav4 in just 6 weeks when every other dealer we had spoken to had said it would take at least 6 months. This included our Novated leasing company who couldn't find one anywhere in NSW or the ACT in less than 4 months. Seeking a wiper blade replacement and called at the Spare Parts Dept. Do they know how to provide great service ! Found the part; fitted it for me ( which I would have really struggled to do). All delivered with a smile and a joke. Spares Dept. was immaculate which is always a great reflection of people who care.

Our long weekend could have been ruined by a fuel filter light turning on our way to the campground - luckily we found this garage. Even if we arrived 5 minutes before closing time, they went above and beyond to help us, replaced the fuel filter for us and ended up closing late. Thank you so much for your help!
