Coles Lithgow

Always find what I'm after. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good shopping experience.

Staff handled the large Easter crowds very well, all registers were open.

I have always been a Woolworths person, but since I have been in Lithgow they might win me over.
There is one thing though, I tried to report a list trolly outside my house but it all proved too hard.
It's outside the PCYC and I'm looking at it now. If it's still there tomorrow I shall report it to the council and they can pay the fine.

Great job, to young Nathan who gave me great advice on heaters in this freezing town. We came back,
bought the heater and its fantastic! . So polite, helpful and courteous. You will go far in any customer service role.

Lovely team, amazing quality clothing at very good prices

It's one thing for a single staff member to impress, but having several impress you is another!

I'd been trying to track down the cookware credits kitchen utensils at various Coles stores but, being so popular, the shelf is usually empty. I was prepared to accept defeat and move on, but a staff member who had just come by with the restock trolley asked me which one I was after and specifically unpacked the utensils just for me.

Then at the checkout I realised I'd forgotten a couple of items, which I needed to get to my $80 purchase value for Flybuys points (as you can likely tell I'm a coupon queen hahah) and the lady at self-serve was kind enough to let me duck back in store for a second while she watched my trolley.

I returned and found my checkout had gone into standby, but before long an off-duty Coles worker, casual clothes and all, had jumped in to put the checkout back in action before he went and purchased his own groceries.

Very impressed with all the staff at this store, looks like they all go above and beyond!

Lots of Car park space out front and you can find almost everything you need for grocery and daily use household stuff..

Good shopping centre size & some assorted shops within the same vacinity.

Always a pleasure to shop. Friendly staff. Just got a fantastic bargain from the bargain rack.., Acrylic Fridge Trays at a $1 each.

These folks are super helpful and friendly. I enjoy shopping at Coles. Prices are good, and if you look there are some real good deals.

Always busy and rarely many registers open to encourage people to use the self service checkout which can be frustrating. Or possibly I just can’t seem to scan anything. Otherwise friendly staff and a very local feel.

Its one of the fantastic shop ever i have seen in my life . I don't like one thing and this is some younger staff who servers the costumer.they don't have politeness as well as the way about how to deal with costomer.so improve this part as soon as possible.

Just a cut above the usual. Lithgow people employed to serve Lithgow as well as the surrounding area. As well as a fair percentage of Blue Mountains people. You wouldn't have expected that a few years ago. Coles staff are loyal to the company and helpful to the customers.

The Shop has been refurbished looks great!

Coles say they'll Cheerfully give u a 100% money back guarantee if ur not satisfied but just try it n they'll b anything but Cheerful n they'll hasatate n make up excuses n that's wrong n I think it's b'cos Department of Fair Trading doesn't have n office in Lithgow n the cops will b on there side about it too. So if for any reason u want a refund, forget it is the best advice 😊👋👋 I'll either shop on line or shop at Woolworth's, Good luck. P.S. I still have to shop in Coles simply b'cos Woolworths doesn't have everything SMH.
