Coral Bay House Sailfish 18

Perfect getaway for a family or group of friends. We have stayed at 18 Sailfish Drive, Coral Bay many times over the years initially with friends and now with our children. The lower floor of this 2 storey house is completely self contained and separate from the upper floor. The 3 bedrooms all have fans and the a/c in the dining/lounge is perfect for stays in the warmer months. The beds are comfortable and we rent linen to make our stay easier. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. We mainly eat outside when we stay in the large paved courtyard and cook on the BBQ. The backyard is completely fenced so safe for little ones. It is a short stroll to the beach and local shops/bakery. We hope to stay here again soon!

We, a family of 5 adults, stayed at the lowerfloor of this self contained house (3 bedroom apartment, with private backyard, incl. BBQ, outside shower and fish cleaning table) for 5 nights in January (no people on the top floor). The basic, but clean and comfortable apartment has good beds, enough kitchen cutlery, airconditioning in the open plan kitchen / living and ceiling fans in the main bedrooms, a laundry and freezer. There was usually a cooling sea breeze and the sea temperature was a very pleasant 27 degrees centigrade. A good starting point to explore the area: the beautiful corals of Ningaloo Reef, just snorkel from the heavenly beaches, saw big turtles and sting rays swim. We joined the CORAL BREEZE SAILING CRUISE, the Sunset Quad Trek and Ningaloo Kayak Adventure. Only one point of critic or a great story to tell at home in Europe; "the toilet flushes with very hot water. So we had to take care to avoid boiled Bottoms" next to our sun burned body parts! We Googled the 'Why' question: "Water in Coral Bay comes from a deep artesian bore, and is perfectly fine for showering, dishwashing, and flush the toilet. Note (!) There was a separate tank for drinking water!
