This Cafe in beautiful Bridgetown definitely is worth its five star rating. The food is amazing, the staff are so polite and friendly and professional but it's the owner of the Cafe that truely makes this a five star Cafe to eat at. Her dedication to her business is beyond reproach , she bakes fresh every morning her own bread and rolls plus uses her family's recipes for the making of the biscuits and cakes.
Her attention to detail and the fact she takes the time to personally speak to each customer and ask how their meal is to me is a five star quality. I highly recommend you try the Barking Cow Cafe the next time your in Bridgetown.

Had a delicious smoked salmon salad for lunch today. Salad was fresh and succulent hitting the spot nicely on a hot day. Service was friendly, efficient and considerate.

Easily the best cafe in Bridgetown. Have been here multiple times whilst visiting my grandma who lives here and this place ALWAYS accommodates our dietary requirements (no dairy or nuts/sesame seeds). Best coffee and you can really taste the difference in the bread when having breakfast here compared to anywhere else 🍳 🥓 will always come back here 💕

What a gem! 💎 We hoped in on Easter Monday public holiday and was pleasantly surprised to have very friendly staff, great delicious food and at reasonable prices. Can see it's family run, friendly and well run. Ample parking along road and beside the building. Go for it, recommended!

This was such a gorgeous little cafe. We could tell how well it was looked after. Their cappuccino seems to be the best kind. So creamy and fluffy!

As abit of an avid burger lover, the chicken burger at the barking cow is by far the best burger I have ever had... Couldn't recommend it more!! 🙏😁

Me and my brother were on our way to Pemberton and we’re looking for a nice place to eat and we stumbled across the Barking Cow. We both got the burger and it was the best burger I’ve ever had! The staff were absolutely lovely too, a great experience. 100% recommend :) xx

AMAZING cafe in an amazing little town! Delicious coffee and food! The pumpkin soup was to die for! But above all, it's the golden service by the lady boss and her staff that made it all special. During my research of where to eat in Bridgetown, I was somewhat disappointed when google said the cafe would be closed on Sundays...but lo behold, I walked past and saw it was open!!!! The lady boss said they're now open on Sundays! Woohoo! Do make sure you come here and eat when in Bridgetown.

So glad we stopped by this cafe!

Enjoyed a coffee and hot chocolate sitting at the bench seats watching the world go by. Very relaxing. Respect shown for social distancing, hand satinizer available for use and takeaway available if no spare seating for inside. Politely asked to wait outside whilst waiting for a takeaway order. Cheerful and clean little cafe.

We stopped here for lunch on the drive back to Perth. We thought it’d be decent but didn’t expect the beef burgers to be the best we’ve ever had!! Seriously, they’re outrageously good. Can’t wait to head down south again so we can order them again!

This is such an incredible cafe!! The vibe is pumping, the drinks are all so good and food is tasty. The staff are lovely and attentive. If you have a sweet tooth I HIGHLY recommend getting a brownie... it was hands down the best brownie I have ever had. Highly recommend this gorgeous cafe!

Just amazing!!
I’ve eaten there twice during this Easter holiday. First time, changed my mind about pies. I had an absolutely gorgeous seafood pie. Second time, amazing customer service, and delicious lasagna. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely lovely meal here, the steak burger and stacked salad were both delicious, as was the coffee. The staff also did their best to make us comfortable, even offering to make a dish for us that wasn't on the menu.
