Hilltop Studios

It’s our first time in MR and we feel so lucky for having stayed at this place. It’s very quiet, absolutely amazing view and so private. At night we were able to see fantastic stars in the sky from the deck… we checked in without seeing the owner but we absolutely felt the great hospitality.

This place is a true gem if you like nature! perfect location on a little hilltop, surrounded by forest and wildlife. Kangurus, parrots and other beautiful birds come visit everyday;). Still only a short ride to town for shops and restaurants. And also only a very short ride to some stunning beaches. Studios are very smartly desinged, are charming and have everything you need. Including an nice bathtup with whirlpool option.

This is such an amazing place we didn't want to leave. It's the perfect spot for views, wildlife and absolute silence. Can't believe I've been going to MR for 15 years and only just found this place.

Hilltop studios has everything. It is fully self-contained, spotlessly clean and in the most beautiful private setting overlooking nature. Can sit and watch the birds and kangaroos from the spa bath! Beds were comfy and owners are very friendly. Will be recommending this place to anyone and when we return to Margret River we will book here again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😊

Huge room with contemporary design. Comfortable bed and sofa. The place was spotlessly clean.

Stunning views over the hills. Loved having my coffee in the morning looking at the kangaroos.
Perfect situation for wine tasting and trips to the beach (must have a car).

Incredible stay - there wasn't anything my husband and I didn't love. Great attention to detail, this property has and had thought of everything for a perfect stay. Fantastic location, excellent accommodation and facilities with great service. The view from the porch and bath tub was our absolute favourite (there's kangaroos, rabbits and birds galore! And binoculars!) and we didn't venture out much because of it.

Extremely clean, modern and well presented, location was perfect, highly recommend and would stay again!!.

Genuinely awesome studio to stay in, very comfortable style with everything you need to relax and escape for a while! Lovely property and view, located in the middle of the Margaret River produce area so surrounded by local goods. Im sure I'll enjoy my next stay here just as much.

Booking was simple, I missed a call the day I was to check in but received a simple text advising the studio we were in which we found easily even though we arrived late.
Studio was well designed, clean, well equipped and had a beautiful king bed that proved so comfortable we missed our planned dawn get up time! Nice outlook from the deck too!
We truly enjoyed our stay- never saw or heard a soul but did meet resident pupper Rocky who popped by for a visit!
Great place to go for a walk around the property (we got rained on and thoroughly lost but it was worth it) and location is brilliant - quiet but close to everything.

We just got back to Perth and I miss our little studio already. I miss the horses that we saw every day from our deck, and the magnificent electric blue wren that we caught some afternoons in the binoculars stocked in the studio, bathing in the little bird bath and showing off to the other little wrens. I even miss the very vocal bull we saw on the first day (what was he doing?) and his chunky lady friend who I'm assuming is called Bess.

This accommodation is antisocial nirvana - your key is on the deck for check-in and you leave it there when you check out, making this the ultimate private getaway for couples or grouchy hermits.

We sat in the spa with the bay windows open some nights and watched shows on our laptop (the WiFi worked perfectly for us) and used the TV to watch one of the DVDs provided.

Hilltop Studios is easily the best place we've ever stayed and added so much to the atmosphere of our little holiday. I would not hesitate to stay again.

What a wonderful experience... From the moment you turn onto the drive way and arrive at your studio.

The view is incredible, the interior and facilities are exceptional. The studio was very clean and to wake up to this location is a dream.

The onsite manager was superb. Just as they describe - The onsite manager is there if you require anything but keep their distance so you feel as though you are the only people on the site.

Great location near the wineries and great local beer craft house up the road. The hub of Margaret river is so close and convenient! I would most defiantly stay again at these studios and only wished my partner and I had stayed longer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hilltop Studios. A modern, self contained home away from home, Hilltop Studios are equipped with everything you need for a Margaret River getaway... Above all else, spectacular and peaceful views. Just 5-10 minutes from the main MR hub, yet isolated from any hustle and bustle.

Wow, the pictures on the net, don't do it justice. Love the idea, that no matter what room you are in the view is always there. Did I mention how tranquil the location is. Only a 10 minute drive to Margaret River township, though thoroughly calming, just what I needed to get my mind off work.

Amazing place to get away to, presented perfectly with each little detail thought of. The information booklet had really useful information about the property, chalet & suggestions of where to go and what to see. Very well designed with each place having something practical in it, the little touches such as the books, binoculars and coffee meant for an extra relaxing & special time. And not to mention the amazing view! Highly recommend and will be coming back again next year!

Beautiful spot, clean, peaceful. Quite luxurious all in all. Only complaint is that there was no in room wifi which was an issue as our phones had no reception (with Telstra). We got reception on and off but they provide wifi at their office but you do have to leave your room.we would go back as it was gorgeous but just a heads-up with the wifi situation as it caught us off guard, just have a chat to them to clarify when you book as this may have been rectified.

We've been allocated to n 4 that comes with very nice view especially from your bath tub(so you can get those likes on Instagram)
Amenities are all present, well maintained, you can easily put 4 people eventually

WOW.

If you're seeking a peaceful relaxed setting outside the buzz buzz of Perth, this is the place. The views are next level.

The studio we were in didn't have reception or WIFI. Initially this bugged us, buuuut, I would argue it was a blessing in disguise. Proper, real, disconnection from the online world. And if you really need to make a call or use WIFI their office has it.

Beautiful location and Studio. Loved all the small touches in the Studio, including the local coffee, tea and Vasse Virgin bathroom consumables. Will absolutely return, very peaceful. Thank you!

Absolutely recommend Hilltop Studios, quiet, relaxing. Great location to explore the region. Just make a booking and wake up to a fantastic morning sunrise.

The view was out of this world, place was modern and clean. Fully equipped. You won’t get a phone signal out there or WiFi unless you go to the guest lodge but I suppose that’s what makes this place great to escape reality for a bit.
