A wonderful afternoon at this lovely winery. The tasting experience was one of the best in the region.

My partner and I stopped for lunch, no booking.
The lamb and cheeses were delicious.
We had a fulls amples tasting overlooking the vineyards.
The ladies went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We also bought beautiful native flowers there!
One of the best tasting down south in a long time. Thank you!

Loved Clairult, booked for Father’s Day…wine tasting and lunch. Tried some lovely wines…had booked lunch to sit outside but it was raining so they made room for us in front of the fire. Had the Chardonnay with lunch. The sparkling was also exceptional. Food was awesome.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and great value for money. We booked the picnic on the grass and went in with low expectations for the food but it was amazing, mix of salads, cheese, crackers, a great salmon dish among other things. We arrived a little early and did a tasting of 6 wines which was $10 each but this fee is waived when you buy a bottle, which we did! We did the tasting with Glen who was such a great guy, really knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We visited the wine mixing experience. It included opening our senses, mixing until we got our perfect wine followed by a 3 course lunch. Our teacher was so friendly and knowledgeable. The lunch was divine, we were perfectly full after and the wine was so tasty!

Picnic basket filled with delicious food. A quality bottle of sparkling wine. Beautiful views of the valley and vineyards. Perfection! Highly recommended!

Of course you get good quality food when you visit a winery and restaurant like this. I thought the customer service was professional and outstanding. The food was the best restaurant meal that any of the 4of us have had in a few years, so I apologise to other restaurants I have done 5star reviews to, but this meal was the ultimate.

3of us had lamb shoulder with tomatoes and olives and black garlic gratin. The hubby had caramelised pork belly with Japanese risotto and picked cucumber. We all tried each other's meals and agreed each meal was top notch.
Adding to that was the atmosphere, a beautifully designed restaurant, vineyards, paddocks, fresh air and a great vibe.

Wonderful afternoon started at 11.45am with wine tasting and finished at 2.45pm after a 3 course meal for $65 each. Relaxed, no rush, no crowds, beautiful setting, wonderful staff and service, and well priced quality wine…..we’ll be back

Beautiful setting, set well back from Caves Road between Dunsborough and Margaret River town. Food was excellent, as was the friendly and informal service. They have a 2012 Cab Sav on the tasting menu that shows the wonderful aging potential for Marg River Cabs. My wife enjoyed the wine blending activity and our children loved the picnic alongside the vines. Really nicely done.

Came for lunch - delicious food! And very good service. Out of our 4 days in the region, my favourite dish was here - their fig tart with goats cheese icecream. So good.

Just happened to stumble over this place today and so pleased we did. Food & wine fantastic & out standing service by all staff.

I have been to 8 wineries in this trip to Margaret River/Perth and this is my fav for the wines! Their fume Blanc and Chardonnay are excellent! The service is amazing too. Lunch was great and my fav item was the pork belly. The dining area looks extremely cosy with fireplaces. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing staff. Every year we come here after the Jetty swim and they always accomodate us. The food is perfect! Can’t fault wines. Absolutely a wonderful place for lunch.

The pork belly had to have been marinated for a week to taste that good. Amazing professional service and exquisite food. Would highly recommend!

Clairault has become a fav of ours on our trips down south. First time trying the food and it was awesome. Beautifully balanced and full of flavour. The risotto paired with the fume, and the fish paired with the ironstone Chardonnay 🤤 Also, ask for Gareth to run you through the wines. Being a winemaker himself, his knowledge is exceptional and inevitably we spend an hour or so chatting 🍷 It’s a perfect lazy afternoon and the cheese board is one of the best in the region. The house made lavosh is perfect and nothing beats a cheese board, log fire and great wine. 10/10.

Happy, helpful, bubbly staff. Amazing foid, superb wine. We will be back!

One of the best experience while hopping Margaret River’s cellars! The lady who serviced our tasting was so cheerful and passionate, shared a lot of knowledge to better understand the great range of wine.
We are kindly led to sit at a table in a beautiful setting like a restaurant and we took our time and enjoyed tasting.
I especially liked 2016 Clairalt Margaret River Cabernet Merlot, 2018 Clairalt Margaret River Chardonnay, 2017 Clairalt Estate Chardonnay, 2014 Clairalt Petit Verdot and 2017 Streicker Bridgeland Block Rose which came in Merlot.
We could too many lovely wines, ended up purchasing a dozen of wines happily! The garden and the restaurant are very beautiful too.
