When we arrived at the property, we were disgusted to see how dirty the place was things such as
~Dirty linen
~dog hair throughout the property
~inside of draws are dirty and full of bugs
~kitchen is putrid
~so many broken things
~toilet bowels stained
~tissues and dead bugs under beds and along window seals
~spiders and cobwebs everywhere
~kitchen vent and floor is disgusting everything is so dirty
~draws have dirty junk in them
~stuff not washed properly
This property needs to be thourghly cleaned and organised for it To be liveable. We had to clean the place ourselves and one of the children that stayed is on oxygen and the dust was not good for her.

The TV is not working properly and the remote does not work at all.
Found a spider in my bed also cobwebs everywhere don’t think it has ever been cleaned
Not to mention junk in the drawers that has never been cleaned out
The carpet needs to be dry cleaned
Missing pasta bowls had to eat out of small little bowls
I don’t think the cupboards have ever been cleaned
Not enough toilet paper was supplied
Door handles throughout the house has to be cleaned because they were sticky
Toaster was filthy
The drinking container in the kitchen was dirty had floaties did not realize till we refilled and noticed it and to think we drank from it

We contacted the owners on the condition of the resort and got a response calling us pigs...
