Coolibah Motel

I turned up out of the blue and was able to stay overnight with my dog.. I suggest checking that the right room is available for keeping your pet with you.
Les rang me the next day after I'd left and informed me that the cleaners had found my medication.
Les posted it to me the same day. I was more than satisfied with the room and over the moon with the service. Top marks Coolibah.

Stopped for the night after a long day. Had one of the best steaks in a long time at the restaurant. Les was fantastic and went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Room was clean and beds were comfy. We recommend stopping here.

Nothing to look at from road. But lovely staff best meal you will get any where. We wernt hungrey, so ordered pork chop,vegs, apple sauce n gravey for 1. they gave us extra plate n cutrey, sooo many vegs. Great hospitality n food. Dont drive past.

The motel is clean, comfortable and if you book through their website you save. The owner, Les is a excellent host who offers great home cooking and is genuine in promoting the Qld outback! Definitely will book again!

The accommodation was clean but the meals were pub style and amazing have to try the lamb shanks. You stay dine even have a cold beer or wine👍👍👍or will bring it to your room if you have had a big day driving

Great and enjoying place to stay with super friendly staff especially Less who was really helpful regarding my car. The Cleaning lady was also great. The room was clean equipped with super fast internet, clean facilities.

About city, the city was owsome with plenty of nice restaurants.

Short story, I definitely recommend it for everyone.

Lovely clean accommodation and comfortable beds. Les and his family are amazing! Totally saved us for not only accommodation, but friendly caring help, when our camper broke in half on the highway just out of town. Couldn't praise this business and family enough.

Great place, easy to find as it has a sign out the front. I like pools and it has one so that’s just great. Easy access to your door from the car stopping areas. All the things you need like toilets and stuff. Really top bloke and maybe lass. Never been there but I’m sure all is just great there. If I ever go there then I’m sure I’ll be there. Enjoy :)

Les was extremely helpful, went out of his way to help me find how to get to a job I had to do. (The address didn't appear on GPS, Google Maps etc - basically a private road).
Food was good too, generous serving sizes and nothing was a problem for the whole stay.

Really glad I stopped. Great service from onset, helpful....brought my meal to the room which was great!!. Really happy to have a safe place to stop the night.

Hidden gem. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Rooms well appointed and clean. Friendly staff. Meals - good menu variety, pub staples cooked quick and fresh.

Celebrated my birthday at the Coolibah restaurant. Impressed with the service of 9 meals at the same time despite the variety of stuff ordered. The restaurant was a little busy but happy to say the service was still friendly and food delicious and satisfying. Thanks

A hidden gem. We experienced fantastic service from Les and his family. The food was incredible and they create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be staying here when back in the region.

Very clean, great rooms and water pressure, great value for money , and try the rump steak in the restaurant it is a ripper big big meal good price and alcohol is good price, nice people comfy beds and pillows, I really can't fault anything would recommend staying for sure.
