Real estate agents get a bad rap. We've all dealt with a dodgy one or two. These guys do not fall under that category unfortunately, because it's much more fun leaving a harsh review than a good one.

Marney and her team are so on-the-ball that my involvement (as a landlord) is so easy that it's almost wrong. One would expect the phone call from an agent to say "Unit XYZ has a burst pipe, what would you like to do?", but instead I get a far simpler "Unit XYZ has a burst pipe, we recommend plumber ABC and we've checked his availability - he can resolve it this morning if you give it the nod." This crew go above and beyond when it comes to responsibility and accountability. I've found them to fairly represent the tenant and the landlord. What more could you ask for?

In short, PRD Tumba hit all the right notes. I care about the wellbeing of my tenants and that's reflected in their actions.

Quite literally a no-brainer. Use them if you're a landlord and use them if you're a prospective tenant. You get looked after.
