Rip Curl

I went into Rip Curl Margaret River today looking for swimmers. It's Christmas school holidays and to say they were very busy would be an understatement. A lovely lady came over to help me almost immediately. She asked questions, gave advice and gave me lots of options to try on. She also came back to the change rooms numerous times to help out and bring different sizes and styles. I could hear her also helping people in the other 2 change rooms.
This was fantastic, old fashioned customer service. What a legend! I didn't get her name but thank you! I highly recommend getting your shopping done at Rip Curl, Margaret River.

Bought a wet suit at Rip Curl. Unfortunately there was a product falt so I delivered it back to the shop. After a week they sent me a mail. Since I was travelling I could not come back to pick up a new suit. Then Rip Curl would do a full refund to my account. That’s service💪🏼🩷💛💚🤞🏼Rip Curl is 🤙🏽

Amazing customer service here! It was super busy when we came yet all 3 staff members were helping out from around the shop and just being super friendly, engaging in conversation with us and other customers and just being extremely helpful!

A nice change after coming from Ghanda where all 4 staff members are just gossiping whilst folding clothes and you have to interrupt their conversation to get assistance…

Honestly the greatest customer service I’ve ever had. Just cruised in to shop while on holidays. I’ve been curious about the GPS 2 watch and most shop attendants don’t have much info. Not Ripcurl Margies. All the staff were wearing them and gave me heaps of info. So I bought a surfboard and zinc. They showed me how to install the fins and tips for surfing. They also have a really good FCS range of accessories and towel ponchos too. Honestly, finally a proper surf shop with knowledge and products. I wish I lived here and could buy off them all the time. 10/10 will use again and I have told anyone who will listen to me to go there. Good work team!

I highly recommend this surfshop for friendly service and reputable surfing industry experienced professional staff to assist.
I had some questions as an intermediate surfer on product and surfing advice.
The knowledge I recieved was most informative and I feel like now my surfing has actually advanced.

Don't buy a ripcurl wetsuit!! Mine got a hole after 3 times in the water and it's a month to get repaired! Terrible service......
