Bridgetown Winery

What a delightful experience to meet the wine maker at their house and visit the shed where it all happens. This is a small batch, husband and wife operation so call ahead like we did if you'd like to taste the range. Shiraz is their main grape with tasteful partnerships with local growers to diversify the range to around 6 different wines to try.

We dropped in on our way home to Perth and very glad we did. The property has recently been sold, but both the old and new owners were there to greet us, as they are doing a smooth transition/handover. Delicious wine, especially for red lovers. Minimal chemicals are used on the vineyards, and the wines are also vegan! I will definitely go back as the new owners have some exciting ideas for the future.

Lyn was so helpful and friendly despite our arrival interrupting his morning tea. A very small and family operated winery which I am partial to. He even directed us where to go to next for more tastings. Loved all the wines and bought one of most. I particularly enjoyed that he tasted them all first to ensure quality. I am looking forward to returning later in the year when the new varieties due to he bottles tomorrow are available.

This winery has recently been purchased by a young couple. We met Brayden while there for a tasting and he was very friendly, enthusiastic and has some great ideas for the place. We'll definitely stop by in future years when near Bridgetown to see how they're progressing.

A boutique selection of terrific wines and fortified wines. Lyn is charming and a tasting will not doubt see you buying many bottles to savour at a later time as we did!

This winery is great. Owned by a lovely couple who know their wines. Definitely worth a visit. Their reserve shiraz and sparkling red is a must.

The owners were amazing. Mainly a Shiraz wine, but a few specialty wines Barbera and tempranillo. Those were sooo good. Amazing muscat and tawny port. Worth the drive 😁
