Danny and Alisha were amazing hosts, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay extremely enjoyable. The apartment we stayed in was clean, spacious and provided everything you could want for your family stay - we spent 4 days here. Upon their recommendation we spent a great Friday night full of laughs (great food & drinks) as well as feeling immersed with the locals at the bowls club where to our surprise we found Danny and Alisha also volunteered ! Truly a family run and community minded business with strong community roots - you don't get more coastal town than that.

10/10 would recommend!!

We stayed in the apartment (3 guests) and the rooms are clean and comfy ! Not a single negative experience. The location is great, super close to the restaurants, the IGA and the pub.

And the service is brilliant as well :)

Absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent and the communication and service was 5 stars. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and it was within walking distance to local shops and the beach. Very quiet with safe and secure parking on the premises. An excellent price and value for money. Staying in this entire apartment was actually cheaper than a small cabin in a near by town caravan park that had nothing on Port Vincent Motel and Apartments. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back that’s for sure!

Experienced Business travellers all over Southern and Eastern Oz, my mates and I are very particular about where we stay. Port Vincent Motel and Apartments has been our accommodation of choice twice now when we made recent fishing trips to the area.

Our recent stay was 2 nights in Unit One on 21st/22nd December 2023 and we were happy-surprised to get that booking at short notice. Our first stay was in the larger Unit by the clothesline/Laundry earlier in the year.
The Units are modern, very clean *thumbs up* and well-appointed with comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen (electric stove/grill/oven) and the Managers/Reception Staff are very warm/relaxed and welcoming.
The Courtyard is neat and the BBQ area was well-used by other happy travellers (not us) while we were there. For its Central location, it's very quiet. More below.

Last minute booking due to having our accommodation cancelled by 2 different owners during peak time on another server. Port Vincent Motel and Apartments staff were super friendly and helpful, and extremely accommodation to our questions re: bringing our 1 year old. Clean and spacious room equipped with all that we needed. Central to restaurants, beach, and grocery store. Extremely reasonably especially during peak time. Very friendly and responsive task. This place also offers a BBQ and fish cleaning facility with an outdoor area to enjoy a nice little cook up.

This was our second visit the PV Motel & Apartments, this time we had our adult granddaughter with us . She immediately commented on how clean the unit was and loved the idea of 2 bathrooms. We were able to walk every where in the township and to the caravan park where other relies where staying. A 42 degree day was taking place as we arrived but the air conditioner soon took care of the heat wave outside and double window blinds had even our campers from the caravan park sitting around enjoying cool drinks and indoors shade. 2 parking spaces for our cars and plenty and storage space for our luggage. We stayed three nights for the YP Salt Water Classic, the rooms are well appointed, very comfortable and clean. They are centrally located and we could walk everywhere. We will definitely be back

Port Vincent itself and the Motel are a great place to stay as a base to do day trips around the Peninsular. Cabins are very spacious with everything you need. Close to the centre and beach. Totally recommend staying there.

The staff are really friendly and very helpful. The appartment I stayed in was clean and well maintained. There was a kitchen with a full sized fridge, stove, microwave and a well stocked cupboard, so you have all you need for enjoying your own cooked meals. They even have plastic plates and cups for small children, which I thought was really great.
There's a guest laundry with washing machine, dryer and is stocked with games and DVD's.
There's a garden area, BBQ and outdoor sink for cleaning up afterwards. They have literally thought of everything.
The hotel is on the main street, so it's pretty much close to everything.
This place is awesome and I definitely recommend staying here. 👌

This was our third year here at this well equipped apartment complex and we wouldn't stay anywhere else! Such good value for a great central spot in Port Vincent. Just love it !

Absolutely spotless, fabulous location and everything you could need for a great get away. Stayed 2 nights recently and then booked another night this past weekend. Highly recommended and we will be back.

As two seniors we decided to go here for a week as it is generally 3-5 degrees cooler than city of Adelaide. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, 2 singles in one room and a double in the other both had their own ensuite. Plus there was a well laid out living area with complete kitchen, dining and lounge area. The Ventnor Hotel is just down the road as was the IGA supermarket, butcher, coffee shop and pizza place and a great kiosk (still in the 50's) which was right on the beach. Hosts were very helpful. 100% Recommend The Apartments. We will be back!

We stayed in this beautiful property for the first time in early Jan 24. Having stayed elsewhere in PV for a number of years we were so pleased to meet welcoming people and have a great space to relax. Our daughter, husband and young children came over to PV for one night and stayed with us. We all had a fantastic day and restful evening. Our extra guests were no problem for the managers which made us extremely happy, family in summer is the best.
Thankyou for giving us a fantastic Christmas holiday experience. We will be back next year and hopefully for many. many more.

This little place is definately set back in time but it was extremely clean and comfortable great location. Value plus as it was so inexpensive. Supplied with toiletries soft towels and basic amenities.

We spent a night at the Motel. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the towels were super fluffy and soft. My only gripe was that the shower stall was tiny. A view of the ocean would be marvellous but I booked knowing that there wasn't one.

Fabulous unit for the price. Two bedroom, two bathroom with living area. In the main street and 200m from the beach. Highly recommend for simple no-fuss accommodation. Unit was very clean.

We enjoyed a few days there. Staff were helpful. Rooms were excellent as was the location. A very pleasant stay.

We have been using these Motel and Apartments for over 20 years when we have needed accommodation on Yorke Peninsula. We continue to return as the facilities, location, service and care provided is much appreciated. I personally congratulate Carmel, Kerry, Tim and Wayne on the efforts they make to maintain high standards in their accommodation provision.

We stay at the Apartments every year we go to Pt Vincent we love it there and close to everything, we took some friends with us this time as they have never been to Pt Vincent before they loved the stay and understood why we love it there. They were impressed with the apartment , we stayed in 2 bedroom apartment also enjoyed the outdoor area which has BBQ area crab cooking facilities and dining area with lights for night time.
They will be back sometime to enjoy it again and always we will be back next year.
