Excellent customer service. Sam the owner knows his trade . Took a pair of expensive black jeans which had red material highlights which really needed to be black instead of red. Sam assured me the they would look better if he ran them through a delicate black dye cycle and they would come looking better than new . I'm totally impressed. Small scale, large scale Excellent work and know how. I don't normally write reviews but Sam and his bisness is worth writing for . Definitely referring you and your bisness

The absolute best in the business!

We went to have a wedding dress dyed a warm purple. We were warned that any polyester would not colour, so it was a bit of a gamble. When i picked it up, I was shocked that it was almost black. It is now too dark to use for my daughter's wedding. I appreciate the effort the staff went to as it was a lot of layers and fabric types. If the colour had been as the sample colour chosen it would have been perfect.

Worst customer service. After about 5 calls and just as many emails, I never received a quote, despite Sam, (the owner) saying he would send me one.

Better off using Angelique from Nikmar in NSW. Great customer service, friendly and efficient.
