Excellent customer service. Excellent property, presented as advertised. Not the first time booking with them and won’t be the last. Very close to town and the shops, close to the pub, bakery, cafes and brewery’s, and lots of space for multiple cars and boats in the 2 driveways. Backyard is very well set up for multiple families or a large group. 👍🍺🎣

Travelled with my wife and two teenagers, great house and with the access to the Mantarays resort to use the pool was a great benefit.
The house was very comfortable, room sizes great, BBQ on the balcony was well used.
I would certainly recommend and book again when holidaying in Exmouth.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property which was well presented and clean. Everyone we spoke to as part of our booking was lovely and very helpful. We have already made another booking for the property and are looking forward to going back.

Poinciana house is conveniently located in the centre of town. Perfect for our family of 5. Our children loved the huge backyard. Helen was an excellent host.

Such an amazing place to stay. We had two families, 4 adults and 4 children which accommodated us perfectly. Everything was in exceptional condition and the layout of the house was superb. Can’t really beat the location either, close to everything and access to the pool at Mantarays was brilliant at the end of the day for a swim with the kids.

Will be coming back as soon as we can!

Accommodation was fantastic. Superbly equipped with everything you will need.

Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was a close drive to town and was in a peaceful and quiet area.

Luna was amazing to deal with. Answered our queries promptly and was very accommodating. Would love to stay again if we come back to the area.

Only complication was that our wifi router wasn't working but they did try to order a new one through Telstra, unfortunately it didn't arrive in time but not the fault of the rental agency.

Our week's stay at 4 Rule Street Exmouth was wonderful with great hosts. This large quirky spacious clean place was a lovely home away from home, as well as a good base from which to explore the area - the Ningaloo Reef and Cape Range National Park - lots of walks and swimming. It was relaxing and comfortable with all amenities needed. Close to town shops, walks in the barren fields in search of wildflowers; the aquarium and discovery centre (well worth a visit) and the best Fish Shack - helpful people and delicious seafood. And we saw the first Sturt Desert Pea come into bloom!

This holiday home was a brilliant base for our Exmouth holiday. It was spacious and my bed was comfy. The location is excellent because you can walk to town. The pool was a huge plus. I didn't know if we would use it, because we would be at the beach a lot. However we used it every day!
The house has been renovated so the flooring and paint are new, however it wasn't a full gut job so the toilets and shower are original. However, overall if feels fresh and neat.
Will definitely be back, and would recommend this home to others!

Our family of four recently visited Exmouth for a little over a week. WOW!! What a beautiful place in the world. Our rental from Ningaloo Reef Holidays was the perfect place to stay while visiting. The location was fantastic for early morning and evening beach walks and a great home base for our travels around the Cape. The house was clean, well appointed, and had all the necessary tools in the kitchen for cooking meals. It was handy having a washer and drier and an outdoor area to hang wet swimsuits. We appreciated all the information provided in the binder regarding current restaurants, where to find a grocery store, what to do with recycling, where to rent beach chairs and a canopy, etc. Most importantly, we received the needed assistance when necessary. Luna was very responsive, quickly returned my emails, and was a very big help when we had any questions no matter how small. We also really appreciated the ability to rent ("hire") a cooler and numerous beach towels to use for the week. Our experience was most definitely enhanced by the fact that we had a nice, comfortable place to return to after all of our exploring. We would definitely rent from Ningaloo Reef Holidays again if our travels brought us back to this area.

Couldn’t be happier with our holiday home. It had a stunning water outlook, with huge doors opening up to let in the breeze. All beds were comfortable and the amenities provided were everything we needed. As for the service provided by Ningaloo Reef Holidays, it was faultless. From time of booking, and even having to change my booking, right through to check in info. Thanks guys, it made for a super relaxing holiday 😀

Beautiful, clean, quiet home on the canals with your own private jetty. Sunsets over the ranges from your balcony and you can hear the whales at night time in the gulf. Modern and spacious interior with all the amenities you need. Service was exceptional - especially when we took the house keys with us and left our laptop behind when we left, Helen happily helped return everything efficiently. Will definitely book with Ningaloo Reef Holidays again. Also caught Bream from off the back decking of the house!

We absolutely loved our stay at Salt with Ningaloo Reef Holidays. It was clean, large and spacious, comfortable beds. A really enjoyable space for a family holiday for 6 adults. The staff respond very quickly and are helpful and friendly. A video was sent that made it clear and easy to get our key on arrival. Great location, quiet and peaceful, easy walk into town. We used the BBQ and it was a wonderful spot to experience the solar eclipse. Thank you for a wonderful time, we will definitely return.

Fantastic house, accommodated our large group perfectly. Better than the 5 star hotel. Pool, bbq, plenty of space, clean and well equipped, including board games, Netflix. Everyone was happy here. Would definitely stay again.

The place was absolutely perfect for what we needed but most importantly the property manager was lovely to deal with and very understanding even though we had last minute changes. Would definitely stay there again.

It was the perfect base for our holiday. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to visit Ningaloo reef (even lunchboxes and snorkels!) Well located if you fancy a walk to town beach or a quick drive to shops and restaurants. It was a great holiday!
