What a great experience. Such a pleasant day out. The E-bikes are super fun. Nathan took us on this guided tour around Denmark where we could enjoy an amazing lunch looking over the ocean.

Arrived in Denmark for a few days and noticed some issues with brake and chain alignment on my bike when I took it off the car. I called the store who said to bring it in and they would have a look at it the next day.
When I arrived at the store, I was going through the issue with Hayden who I had spoken with earlier. Nathan rode in to the store at the time, had a quick look and it was straight on the bike holder getting sorted out. Ten minutes later it was all done and ready to go. Nathan also gave me some great information and demonstration on some bike maintenance. Really nice, helpful guy with authentic country town service.

While riding the Munda Biddi Trail from Perth to Albany for charity I broke the cassette on my bike, miles from anywhere. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were devastated at having to pull the plug on the ride so close to the end. I made one desperate last call to Nathan at Monkey Rock, not only did he have a spare cassette he actually drove it 40km off- road to deliver and fit it for me. What an absolute legend, he saved our ride. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Great local Denmark bike shop, highly recommend, friendly staff who care. Two bikes serviced while on holiday, great work at a reasonable price. If you need help with your bike I recommend this business, you won't be disappointed.

Damaged a cable when my bike was in a trailer from Perth to Denmark. Dropped the bike off just before closing time and it was ready by 10am the next day. Also picked up and resolved an issue with the rear brakes Fast service and a great price. Would recommend to anyone who needs a service or repair in Denmark.

Thanks to Gus at Monkey Rock for the quick repair and adjustment of my derailleur hanger. Came in off the street unannounced and Gus quickly and efficiently fixed my problem.

We had an awesome day, touring around with Nathan. He knows all the corners in which the biking gets a bit tricky and guides you through them floorless. The biking takes you to places otherwise only accessible by 4 wheel drive. And he took us a lovely lunch and filled up our water bottle, whenever needed. The bottle was costomised and we could take it home. No throw out plastic. We absolutely recommend getting on one of his star of the at e-bikes and have a day of fun,

Was doing and E2E of the Mundabiddi trail and stopped in at 4:15 on a Friday afternoon. Nathan was happy to help me fix my bike and was really friendly. I would highly recommend stopping in here.

Great service. Riding from Walpole to Albany and called in here with a Busted gear cable. The guys fixed it straight away and had me back on the road. Thanks 👍
