**BUYER BEWARE**
An incredibly disappointing experience.
We paid Daniel a sizeable deposit after receiving a fabricated backstory, then no communication unless we initiated it and 4 + months of being given the runaround. We never received our shutters. An almost identical experience to Jacob Butler who has also posted a review of his experience.

Ordered made to measure shutters from Dan. He promised an 8 week turn around. Gave him a hefty deposit. 15 weeks later, still no shutters. His communication has been appalling. Weeks of false promises, ignored messages and phone calls (and even being hung up on). We have been lied to, saying he was in Perth, when he was actually working on a colleagues kitchen- hopefully she adds a review of her own nightmare experience.
Eventually he got in touch to say the order was all wrong- came back to the house week 15 to check if he could adapt the ones he had to fit. Only redeeming thing is that he handed the deposit back when asked face to face.
In a small town this level of service is really shocking- avoid DAP installations.
