Kalbarri Jetty Surf

Absolutely amazing shop and staff.
Great selection of clothes/styles to suit different body types but most importantly the service was outstanding, she went above and beyond, helped pick out different outfits whilst making me feel welcome and having a lovely chat.
Cannot recommend this place enough.

Cute little surfshop but the service was non existent. The girl behind the counter didn't look up once, until I asked to use the change room. Even then, it was a simple "yes" then no check in after.

I was the only person in the store. It's a no from me.

If I could give zero stars I would. We visited yesterday 22/04/22 and neither of the two staff members were wearing masks despite all customers wearing them. As a healthcare worker I was horrified and left without purchasing anything. I will be reporting to the health service as a breach of mandated rules that are in place to keep everyone safe. The cafe next door was closed due to COVID illness among staff members…easy to see how it could be contracted easily in the area! Absolutely disgusted.
