Honestly absolutely disgusted, my partner had a postnatal birth debrief in the postnatal loss clinic, and when we got there we there we were told it was rescheduled in another month without letting us know, and telling us lies about trying to call us or sending letters, my partner left crying, she had a very traumatic birth, still coming to terms with what happened and all she wants is closure on why things went wrong during the labour and birth. By the time the rescheduled appointment comes around the child will be over 4 months.
