How could you go wrong at 2am. The night menu is always more expensive. Most of the time they get it right. The crowds late night are young, intoxicated. There is always a strong security presence. The staff seemed stressed but friendly.

Ordered on Uber Eats from here. The food came fresh and hot and I loved every aspect of it. Well done

Food was good, staff were nice and friendly. They had patience for us as we were figuring out what meals to order.

Fast food at its best. Late night and we were able to get a zinger burger, large chips and a drink within 5 mins. Great value especially if you have had a great night at the casino. The venue is suitable and there are plenty of tables. I’ve been going to the KFC at the cas for years. Highly recommend.

Wait time past midnight can be long, but food is fresh and delicious

Went here on a Friday night, ordered around 1am. There were a LOT of people waiting for their orders and the order screen was so full, I couldn’t even see my name when I placed my order.
I’m impressed the staff got the orders sent out in rapid time. I’ve been to KFC’s where people are waiting 20mins and there’s barely anyone there.
Added bonus was that the chips and chicken were hot, didn’t taste stale.
Would come back again after I’ve had a few beers at crown

Best meal of my life at KFC crown at 3 Am in the morning. Life changing experience. Cannot recommend enough their chicken fillets when drunk on a night out. Bought way too many of them . Shared them with my friend on my uber back. Stellar. The morning after, my boyfriend was mindbmown when he found leftover KFC chicken in the fridge when he woke up. The 3 of us (my boyfriend, my dog, and myself) had an absolute stellar feast on these fillets that morning. Very generous portions. Or maybe I was just too drunk and ordered too much.

It's KFC. But as it's usually pretty busy I find I always get fresh food and when you ask for extra salt you actually get it here. The food court is a dark uninviting location at the back of Crown complex but that's not bad when you're just ducking out for a lunch break.

I like the atmosphere and the seating. They have made good use of the space and it is always entertaining to sit and eat there.

The server Jim at 2am on Sunday 29th October was absolutely fantastic. It was the fastest anyone has ever put through a zinger box and made for a seamless, smooth, efficient experience, very happy :)

I was surprised that even though Macca's is right next door KFC was busier. We bought Macca's on the first of a two night stay which was slow, with cold chips😔.

We decided to get KFC on the second night and it was bang on. All the food was hot and fresh. Recommended. 👍

Food always tastes better when you're blind drunk and have just lost all of your money

The last few times I been here the service and food has improved dramatically, most importantly, the food has been really super hot and fresh (chicken and chips) which is good to see because lets face it, this stuff is not cheap and I like it super hot and super fresh!!! KFC Westgate is still the best for really hot and fresh especially at the drive through, but you guys at the Casino are trying, that's quite apparent because its reflecting in the freshness of the food. And for me to be giving what I considered to be an 'average store' a good wrap suddenly, that's saying something because I'm very very very critical about KFC when it comes to hot and fresh! There's hot and fresh and then there's really nice hot and fresh and there's my top grading - Super duper hot and fresh which is the real mouth watering stuff virtually straight out of the oven!!! That's what I like with steaming hot fresh chips!! I'm tipping that there has been a change in management personnel at this store in recent times, I might be wrong, but I've definitely noticed a change in the food and the service which is great to see and its the way each store should be.

Not so crowded during school days.

Pratiksha was amazing great customer service and so efficient , the only worker on the front desk, was doing more work than one worker could handle and was handling it amazingly thank you so much for going the extra mile
