Have to give it full marks, the young lady serving had 10 people lined up, she should have been under pressure, it was the day that OPTUS had their outage. She was unfased, apologised to each individual customer that came through, a grand effort from the young lady, she deserves a promotion for her dedication.

Great, helpful staff. I found what I needed quickly. Only holdup in store was at the checkout where there were 2 staff(1 on the phone, and the other trying to solve a lengthy inquiry). ...and, with a big line up... both of them left the front counter to take care of other matters, whilst leaving everyone waiting.

Staff were very helpful when I couldn't find something, they had all the items I needed (cricut) and a few I didn't know I needed and bonus everything was discounted!

When looking in the store, I find it difficult to locate some items. When there are sales, they have great reductions in price. Spotlight has been in my blood since it opened, I hope to keep shopping there. The staff are great, not enough of them though, like every retail store these days.

Well stocked shop. Lovely, courteous, knowledgeable staff. I could spend all day in here if I could. So much to see and look through. Plenty parking; shop is located inside the shopping centre, so you can pop out for coffee or other shopping, then come back.
