I transferred from VW service to Norwood Auto some years ago & have been positively impressed at every step, from simple things to (this week!) complicated needs after a breakdown.

It is not only their actual work on my LWB /RV but also their flexibility, timeliness & courtesy.
I particularly appreciate their patience explaining...
* what needs doing & why
* the cost before proceeding
* alerts re up-coming needs and their
*very detailed summaries of work/costings (which family members familiar with such things have checked & agreed are reasonable, in their experience).

We took a quite old SUV to NAS. Transmission problems 🙁. The business has been helpful and honest. Derick is a straight shooter. I’d recommend them for anyone with auto problems.

I wish I could rate Derek and his team higher than 5 stars! My engine blew up on the Hume highway on my way to Adelaide last December. I had to ring around and find someone reputable to have my car transported to Adelaide for repairs. Norwood Auto had good reviews and as a member of RAA I decided to go with them and I haven’t had a single complaint. Right from the get go, Derek was upfront and honest, continued to go above and beyond to get my car back on the road and personally drove to pick me up when the car was finally ready! Being new to Adelaide, I’ve relied on his professional expertise with a few other inquiries I’ve made and he’s come through every single time. Brought a Tesla M3P to fix an aftermarket boot opener Tesla refused to look at. Was no problem for Derick he fixed it in no time and was very knowledgeable. Great service - I can highly recommend.

I would recommend NAS. Took my Ford ute in for a log book service plus some other stuff including electrical work. I was more than happy with the prompt work done also that when I picked up the car they showed me the worn parts. I'll be going back 100% guaranteed. The put the Ford dealership to shame in price comparison. Well done boys

wow just the best my soft top was not working and all of a sudden is. I was told by another mechanic I have serious head gasket issue but compression tests reveal nothing and car is driving perfect total bill $130.00 very honest business thought I was looking at thousands so happy
