OTR Trinity Gardens

I went to this OTR for the first time while I was on the way home from work, and I was very peckish for some food. I got helped by the manager, who I believe her name was Sharyn. She was one of the nicest and happiest employees I have ever seen and seemed liked she was so happy to help out even though I didn’t ask. We need more people like this in the world, she put a smile on my face and if it wasn’t so far, I would go here for petrol and etc everytime.

The guy that served me was very helpful and I was in an out quickly without feeling rushed

The petrol service was good but not perfect. Only one man on seems to be run off his feet. But was very polite to me.

Staff are lovely but todays visit i waited in the drive thru for a couple of minutes. The staff were quite busy with other people and to busy to do drive thru so i ended up going in to the shop.

I ordered a hot dog once inside to later realise the hot dog sausage was very cold as if it had not been heated at all and had to throw it in the bin. I understand everyone has a bad day but i did get a little frustrated as i tried calling them for up to 15 minutes later to let them know and the whole time the phone line was engaged.

Service was shockingly slow, didnt appriciate standing at tge pump for nearly 4 minutes waiting for it to ne activated while it was blowing a gale.. staff didn't seem to know if they were coming or going, behind the counter. No sanitising stations set up and well the coffee although it took forever was really nice..

Many have said it previously, and more will say so in the future but here’s my contribution…a busy Sat lunchtime..out at the pumps I find all three hand sanitiser wipe dispensers empty.Why? One of the windshield wash buckets is quite empty, the other two have maybe a cupful of water each! Why? Maybe the water evaporated in the recent hot weather? Inside it’s all happening..staff very busy fixing coffee, food, semi-exotic slushee drinks, while some of the seven customers queued simply want to pay for their gasoline. Always minimal staff. Somebody needs to manage here by walking around

Lady serving me tonight at 9:35pm gave me subpar customer service, I am dissatisfied. First, I ask for a drink and I wanted it iced but I accidentally must not have specified, she didn’t give me the option to change my order, she basically said “too bad”.

Then I go thru the drive-thru to order my girlfriend an ice pumpkin spice lattè and asked how much the bacon and cheese sausage roll was, “is it included in the $2 pie day Friday deal?” She said “yes!” So I say okay I’ll grab that and a traditional square beef pie… then to my surprise after paying I realise I’ve paid more than $2 per pie/roll… and only then does she explain that the square pie doesn’t fall under that category.

As a customer I feel slightly cheated, I know it may not be completely her fault, and there is such thing as human error… but a bit more care in things such as this can make a customers experience so much better!

Nice little store. Customer service needs some improvement. Aren’t very friendly or approachable. As a retail employee myself it’s a little appalling to see staff talk to customers with such bad attitude. Even if you’ve had a bad day you shouldn’t take it out at work.

It would be great if you install electric vehicle fast chargers
