The team at FRED Living were extremely accommodating with shipping me an item that was only available for pickup in store. Specifically, Aaron was lovely and couldn't recommend this place more! After months of searching for it, I now own my dream lamp!

I had been trying to source an item for three months and when I came across Fred Living - I finally found it! Had an amazing experience with Aaron who really went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay and he arrange postage so quickly!

My husband and I visited the next door FRED Eatery for brunch on a very special morning for us - after just having seen our very first ultrasound for our very first baby at the Stirling hospital nearby. We were ecstatic and in the best mood, and as we were leaving FRED Eatery, my husband mentioned he was sad to see that FRED Living was closed as we paid for our meal.

The most wonderful manager then asked if we wanted to go inside and have a look (despite not being in their store hours), and welcomed us warmly to go through and have a look around.

We ended up buying the first toys for our new baby from the store, and we have been back two subsequent times as well and each time been more than warmly welcomed to have a look around the store. All products are so interesting, good quality and sweet. And we've never once had anything but an exceptionally welcoming experience from the wonderful staff at both of the FRED establishments.

Don’t believe the negative reviews, it’s a lovely shop with unique homewares. I go to Aldgate twice a month and always get a coffee next door and then pop by in the shop. My experience was nothing but positive in every way.

Great selection of unique quality gifts and homewares. Store owner was very helpful. Will definitely be back!

Clearly been review-bombed

Just came out of this shop in tears after being harassed by a intimidating man child. Was called rude and disgusting after spraying a room spray that wasn’t a tester. I apologised straight away after his first comment about it not being a tester and he continued to yell at me in the store while my mother in law and sister in law were there. I apologised over and over again and he would not stop, as mentioned before, calling me rude and disgusting. If I could rate this shop -1 stars I would. My mother in law then called the store, in which she calm explained his behaviour has left me in tears and feeling uncomfortable, he then hung up on her. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I was kind and apologetic just to be called names.

Bloke with dark hair behind the counter is the worst bloke I have ever met. Abused my girlfriend for spraying a room mist which she was unaware which was a tester. Proceeded to call the act disgusting and rude. Already see some poor reviews around lucky you have the food place next door keeping you afloat. My partner was apologetic and he continued to abuse her. If this is an owner of a business carrying out this sort of act I hope he isn’t wanting a successful career because it’s not gonna happen.

Wish I could give 0 stars because the guy that owns it is a piece of s**t human that harassed a girl that was just testing the room sprays, called her rude and disgusting. Don’t go here unless you want to get harassed. Disgusting person I’ve never experienced anything as terrible

If you don’t want to be harassed by 2 men who like to pick on young girls I wouldn’t go here
