Recently my 5yr old grandson broke his leg, seriously and needed a wheelchair.. I had one stored but issues quickly arose with wheel tyres/tubes.. and repairs became urgent..the team at Ride Union went the extra mile..and followed up promptly.. brilliant service..more than fair prices.. I felt I needed to pay more..!!

Thank you so much for your help this past week. I arrived on Saturday right on closing time after a hectic day to get some pads and received good service. Then after battling with some maintenance issues I finally gave in and booked in for a service. Ethan fixed my bike up great!

Looking for a good bike shop this would have to be the place. Glen Potter the owner is a passionate biker. Has been repairing, fixing, replacing bikes for 27 Years. This guy has forgotten mo than most people know a bout a bike. I have a small problem with my Mountain Bike, he informed me he could fix it up immediately. Impressive, taking my bike to home next week for the attention it needs. Left this shop feeling really confident about the service.

Exceptional customer service with good quality products. If you are new to mountain biking and e-bikes you must go to Ride Union Bike Co; the staff are extremely knowledgeable and so we felt very comfortable purchasing our 2 Focus e-bikes from them. We tried several shops in the city and this one stood out for their customer service by far! Equally it's always better to buy local when you can!

He and his team reminded me of the benefits of buying retail, e.g. spending the time with me to set up the bike's suspension and run through all of the nuances, without any rushing. Brilliant locally owned bike shop and Glenn (the owner) has loads of experience and knowledge. They provide great value service and stock a wide range of quality products. Would recommend to anyone in the area or anyone willing to make the short trip out of Adelaide to go there.

While I have had many bikes, just bought my first from at Ride Union today! Great service and an excellent bike build from the the team. The rotors are straight, the headset tight. These guys know thier stuff. Best bike shop I'm Adelaide by a long way.

Ride Union Bike Co is a bit of a drive out of the city, but well worth the trip.

Cant speak highly enough of these guys. Glen helped me out supplying a rebuild kit for my dropper post when nobody else in the country could. He was even nice enough to express post it out to me the same day.
