After getting a ridiculous quote from Ultra Tune Hawthorne I took our car to RB for a second opinion after getting so many excellent recommendations.
They were honest and upfront and we were informed our car was in very good condition and didn't require the extensive list of work we'd been told.
On a tight schedule they managed to fit us in and do they work required.
Such a great trustworthy garage, I couldn't recommend them enough!

I've used RB Automotive for quite a few years now and would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic. Especially as a female who knows nothing about cars. They're trustworthy, I took my car in today and they advised there was nothing wrong with it, I don't think this has ever happened at a mechanic in my life!

I took my car in for a service & road worthy cert @ RB Motors as I was recommended the business by a few colleagues. For someone who knows next to nothing about cars, I found that both Anne & George went above and beyond for me with their customer service and professional knowledge and service. My road worthy didn’t pass at another well known/national car servicing company, however after two second opinions elsewhere and @ RB Motors, my RWC passed as the works recommended to pass prior were deemed unnecessary, not to mention excessively expensive! I’m so glad I found RB Motors, highly recommend and will now be bringing my car in for regular servicing! Thanks team!

I am a single female that knows nothing about cars and I trust RB Automotive so much! I have been screwed over and taken advantage of many times in the past by mechanics but these guys are so great!
I simply needed my coolant filled, to which he did straight away, whilst also filling my water and checking my oil for me at no charge!
This will by my go to mechanic from now on - such a nice feeling to trust!

I have been dealing with Brendan for the last five years. Never seen any mechanic as honest and trustworthy as him. Took my Honda CRV, i was quoted $900 and Brendan clearly explained everything. The bill could be even further reduced had i chosen second hand parts.Thinking of cost, i took car to two different mechanics, i was quoted $1600 by one and $1700 by another. Eventhough, i lost $100 since i have to pay the other two mechanics for checking the car, i decided to bring it back to R.B. Automotive. Job was done perfectly. I highly recommend to see Brendan if you are looking for good and honest mechanic.

George is a great, honest mechanic. I went to him for a second opinion on some work after getting a $6k quote from the dealer about a common Subaru issue. Turns out, my car didn’t even need it. Will be bringing my car here from now on 👍

Have been taking my car here for about 7 years and never had a problem. My car has only ever needed servicing so I can't really comment on more complex jobs. I felt as though I wouldn't be ripped off just because I'm a woman, so that was important to me.

Brendan is honest and friendly. My family have taken our cars to him for years. 2 years ago he made a effort to source cheaper (but quality) 2nd hand parts for me to reduce the bill on a major issue.

I’ve been having my cars serviced at RB for 20 years. In recent times with less car use, it takes longer to run up the kms. An opportunity for exploitation? Not RB. Even though I’d travelled less than 1000km in the past 12 months, RB could have charged me heaps and I wouldn’t have known but instead charged a bare minimum and that included some spare parts! Thank you RB!

Brendan has been looking after my car for a few years now, always been happy with his work, good service and his reasonable prices (and recommendations for other local trades eg tyres and auto elec etc.). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good local mechanic.

Absolutely an amazing place. Car running off three cylinders, engine light flashing. Called RB and said they'll try and fit it in. They diagnosed the issue in a few hours and fixed it. Great honest service and highly highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
